Welcome to Kindred Spirits - a cult for actively participating members over 18 years of age. Active participation, to us, is posting reasonably regularly throughout each month (and not just in the Games forum). If there is a specific Subeta event we have a Special Events forum set up within the KS forums and incorporate our own activities that members can take part in. We encourage all our members to make use of this as it's also a great way to be active in the cult. We also hold our own KS-based events, such as Spirit Festival, Carnival, KS Olympics, and generally tend to run them when Subeta is fairly quiet.

Most of our members post regularly - some even on a daily basis if they have the time - as that is how committed they are to making Kindred Spirits a successful cult.

Our Chat Room is open to members only and is hugely popular with a lot of our regular members. It is a very good place to come and join in on real-time conversations, get to know your fellow culties better and have a few laughs. Being active in the Chat Room also counts towards member participation in the Cult - if you're one who isn't into posting too much in the forums. Actual chatting is required in order to be considered active, lurkers aren't considered active!

We are age-specific as a number of our members are much older than this and find it difficult to relate on the same level as teenagers. Many of us have common life experiences like finishing or near finishing of their post high school education, starting a family, job and career issues and other fun filled events (as well as not so fun filled) and these common life experiences allow us to have an understanding of each other.

NOTE: Any member under the age of 18 who has not sought approval prior to joining WILL BE REMOVED!

Also, please read the thread entitled "Welcome to Kindred Spirits", which can also be found in the Welcome forum. This gives you important information regarding what is required in your first introductory posts to the rest of the cult.
