@Able A doctor who lost his eye in a horrible accident, and soon after lost his mind. Now he goes around mutilating his patients. But he's ever so dapper about it. Edit: Either that or you'll be like Dr. Steinman, and want to be the Picasso of surgery. So, you'd still mutilate your patients, but it'd be an attempt at perfection. You'd still be dapper about it.
