Yeah, maybe not years and years but it's possible he'd be in there till I think 21. Or he could get 6months and then a few years probation or something, depending on the charge. Even if it was one in a million I feel that his intent to wound does make him guilty, regardless of the force he used. It's not my job to determine his guilt, thankfully, I mean believe me it sucks to lose your temper once and change your life, I just wouldn't want to see him get off too lightly and learn that if it is a mistake he can get away with it. Yeah it was a dumb mistake, but I just can't feel sorry for him, personally. Just like his daughter said: “Maybe he didn’t mean to kill him. But he meant to hurt him. And because of that, he has to be responsible. He changed everything. He changed all our lives.” Everyone should be aware of that possibility when they dare to even think of using their fists on someone. I think he deserves to go to prison because he murdered someone, bottom line. If someone cuts in front of you at the check out line and you punch them in the head and they die, it's murder. I don't care if you're 17 or 40. If you kill someone you're a murderer. That's what I think anyway.

Even if it's not uncommon for physical violence to be used in sports or the like, it should be. At 17 is pushing it, he should have learned much younger not to use his fists. But he did, and so I do believe that at least some prison time (low security) and probation is within reason. When you hit someone hard enough to cause their death you need to be watched out for. | @France Oooh I like that. Do you have a shop or anything? I'm really not sure what such a profile is worth. I think the shop who was originally going to do it was somewhere around 6mil, but I'd be willing to go as much as 10. |
| So this is what I want. List your prices and show examples, please~ I'm not going to go with the cheapest or most expensive, but simply the one who can give the profile I want! You can also list wishlist items that you want for part of your payments, since I have an excess. Feel free to make suggestions as well. Pet: Tinderbox Profile Type: Hover (maybe) Color scheme/theme/style: I have a background, and a square for the text, not sure what scheme that counts as Images: The background, and what I want the text over Any text: The description, possibly a title. How many text boxes: 1 Sections included(birthday, friends, minion, tc, etc): Treasure chest, pet, story text, minion Sections not included(birthday, friends, minion, tc, etc): friends, birthday Screen Resolution: 1366 X 768 For hover profiles Sections you want to hover: Possibly 2, or 0 For click profiles How many click sections: 0 Any thing else?: In case the above is confusing... I want the pet on the mid-left, and then the tc upper right (maybe hover) with the text page below that (possibly hover text?). Something just like this except the tc above the text where that second box is. Both text and tc would scroll. I will gladly tip! @deja I think this thread is supposed to be in pet profiles. Could I possible get it moved? ^^; |
