I really like the background, the hair color and the confetti, but it could use some burgundy around the midsection.. plus the blacks/grays don't quiet match very pretty though!

7/10 Cute. I think more pink should be worked in. Jewelery? I don't see much of that. The fire flies match. It adds another color in. A pink shirt would be good to add. Cute flower pin in the hair.

It looks like there's too much blue near the bottom compared to the top. Add more blue near the face and head, maybe? Seems a little unbalanced as well, the hat and hair are kind of big compared to the smaller shoes.

Ooh!
It is VERY good!
The only few things I can spot are that the Flower in the hair is not one of your other shades of red, you need more dark red (from the jacket), and the wings area looks odd. Plus the chest looks a bit un-matched, and the bottom cluttered.

its an okay start, but I dont really get a feel what the theme is supposed to be :/ to many shades of blue and not enough gray, plus I dont dont think the hair and eyes fit to well with what I think your trying to achieve. Keep working on it!

The top greens are NOT matching the leg warmers. And the white shirt, doesn't go at all. Good start, but it definitely needs some work.
