You can't hit refresh to gain points!, your game has been ended and your username has been logged.
Page suddenly gave me that message in the middle of the game. But I didnt click "collect points" and the amount of sp I had didnt change. AND it didnt register for the giveaway.
And it says I can try again "6 hours from now"... but that is after midnight so now I can not get credit for today's giveaway.
The same thing happened to me. I did click refresh, but only because the laggy thing froze in the middle of loading with a sql error halfway down the page. I'm going to miss my contest entry today because of it.
(BTW, if it helps the staff, I’m on a computer with Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 8. I was towards the end of the game, so most of the point categories were already filled. I had a lousy roll and decided to send it under “Unified Matter,” even though this would not get me any points. I clicked the radio button and clicked "Send Score." That's when I got the error message, the game ended, and I got no points and it didn't register for the giveaway. I never pressed refresh, I promise!)
I had this happen to me as well. I didn't press refresh either, and I don't know whether it was because my computer lagged up for a minute or if there's a glitch of some kind...
well in case this happens again in the future, you can always play a game right after you submit your score. theres no waiting time to actually PLAY the game, only to submit it. so if you get that glitch and have to wait again, you have plenty of time until the end of the next giveaway deadline to get a proper game to submit on that day.
Well that's not really a problem, since you can collect points after one roll and it still counts. It just sucks that the wait time is 6 hours, and if you have this problem after 6pm you're completely unable to submit a score that day.
