The H1N1 shot tommorow. Er. Today.
Maybe the nurse will say I look too sick to get it.

Right when you get the shot, think of something you want really bad and yell it out in your head. Then get it afterwards. It'll be over before you remember you don't have your new surprise yet!

I just got injections for my anemia a couple days ago, so I sympathize. I got the H1N1 vaccination a while ago--as far as shots go, it wasn't bad. I hope it goes well for you~!

Pretty sure I've been exposed to it a million times over from my mother ((who works in an elementary)) and it's not required so whatever. :p

But I'm sorry you have to get one. :/ Shots are scary, I hate them too.

Where I live, you can't get it unless you have a respiratory disease or something

I'm not exactly worried about getting it or anything, but I think I'd prefer to get the shot than take a chance and have to miss classes.

I feel for you. I hate shots too. When I was pregnant they used to take my blood all the time when I would go to the doctor, so I used to close my eyes and think of something that made me really angry. I really don't know why, but it made the pain less noticeable. BTW - why do you HAVE to get the shot if you don't want it?

Ah, my mom had signed me up for it XD I would feel pretty bad letting it go to waste, I guess. And shots don't actually bug me that much. When I got it was just a little pinch, nothing big XD Needles don't scare me or anything...

More the horror stories you hear about what happens when you get the vaccination, you know? Death, paralyzation, nerve damage... that kinda thing. But nothing bad has happened so far.
