Its cute, but you have a few different shades of red, which don't exactly match. Maybe try changing the stockings and looking for a different belt.

I see the theme, but your HA is very simple. Try making it your own by adding other items. Right now your HA isn't very unique or imaginative, but I'm sure you have what it takes to come up with something better. ^^

just watch out for the butt bow layering. perhaps layer that under the shoes? =] and i'd suggest adding just slight touches of black near the fingers and feet to match the speech bubble and blob kitty eyes.

I feel like the pink in her hair is a bit too bright for the other pinks.
And one rule of thumb is that black and brown never match, haha.
I'd suggest re-figuring some of the colors.
