@ it's so softly toned and that's what i appreciate about it, the only comment that i have is the hair, it doesn't really compliment the face nicely in combination with the eyes/mouth, i'd suggest going for one of the new standard hairstylrs, i forgot the name though sorry

use the same brown though if you go for it!

Love how well the HA is put together! The colors go well and you layered very well.
The only thing that bothers me is the bare arm. Everything else is mostly covered except for this one arm sticking out. Perhaps add a small bracelet?

i love the yogurt like colors of your ha but the hair looks kind of w/ the dark shade you used for the dark lightning, i'm asuming you used black right? the color scheme is good, but the items would be a bit more defined 6/10

Something seems a little.. off, although I'm not sure what. Maybe the Mimi Moe items? They're too pink with the steampunk that's radiating off of you.

I love the light colour scheme, but I think you should add a little more blue to the bottome half, or maybe change the hair colour.

Wow! This is way awesome~ Love the hairstyle you've used! But I don't know about the blue. Maybe try a different color. Also, reconsider the anklets. The color is a bit off.

I like the concept, but I feel the blue stands out just a tad to much, maybe add some in to the hair/ankle area.

Not bad. The hair and blue trim is cute, but the white socks and arm thingies need to go. Maybe add a little color to your eyes as well.

I love the layering for your hair. Nice overall theme and colors. I wish the shirt was not so long though, and I'm not sure about the random piece of fabric that is longer than the rest of your skirt. But overall, I think its great!

I love the outfit, however the hair and hat just don't match. Sorry 6/10

..the code is more what you'd call "guidelines" than actual rules.
