The monster under my bed is exaggeratedly elongated. His arms, his legs, his fingers, his feet. Everything long. He has huge claws on both his hands and feet and little glowing red slits for eyes and a huge mouth that's big enough to gulp me down whole that is filled with teeth much like a shark's. He has no hair, and the veins on his head are popping out and throbbing.

It only comes out completely when it is dark and my eyes are closed. It likes to slowly slide up and stare at me from the side of my bed, and will only strike if I keep my eyes closed for too long.

During the daytime, or right before I go to sleep, he likes to stick its hand out and grab my ankle if I walk too closely to the bed.

The monster in my closet is thankfully nonexistent.

What are your monsters like, CC?
I can't be the only one with a monster.

The monster under my bed is big, black, and sticky. He is nothing but a tar-like goo and can shape. He comes out on poker night to place with me and the larvae in my walls.

Best part of that story is I've been saying it for years, and when we pulled out my bed to clean there was indeed a big, hgue, black, tar-like substance glued to my floor. I had never been so excited before.

When I was little, I saw this episode of the Powerpuff Girls where they went under their bed (in a dream or something) and saw this freaky Boogeyman guy 8(

that's what my monster looked like.

My "monster" is a strange, corpse-like spirit-girl in a bird mask. She watches me sleep. I'm somewhat hesitant to call her a monster, as she's mostly harmless, since psychopomps guide the dead, rather than choose the dead or do any actual killing... At least I hope. >_>

My monster insist on opening my closet door. Always, just an inch or two, but nevertheless, the door must be open.
It's either the monster or hinges.

Besides that, there's no monster, well Slender Man of course, and Masky, but they are more like friends, so I wouldn't label them as monsters. Not my monsters anyhow ^^

My monster is a shapeless black shadow that follows me and is almost always at the corner of my eye, but gone when I look away.
I'm not afraid of it anymore, really. I've gotten rather used to it.

Because i watched alot of Power Rangers as a kid,
im convinced Goldar is hiding in my closet and under my bed.

I had a dream he grabbed me and drug me under the bed and ate me. Now he's the only moster i fear.

I could never have a monster under my bed because there's drawers of clothes underneath

But for years I always picture the Jigsaw puppet from the Saw movies in my closet :| Or Kayako from The Grudge

Haven't thought about mine in a good year, it's always this long black figure that hangs from my ceiling. It's rather unpleasant. Normally very very close to my face and doesn't go away.

My monster is a combination of the girls from the Ring, the Grudge, and Mirrors. She's dead, rotting, jaw-less, has no eyes, and creeps up my bed and into my dreams at night. I flipped cookies and knee-d my boyfriend in the face one night because he did the jerky crawl thing toward me while saying, "Sssaaarahhh..." Scared me to death.

Heaven's gate won't let us in because the night's still fresh on our sun-tanned skin...

There's a lot of monsters in my room, though some aren't really monsters. I think they may just be confused

One of these things from silent hill lives in here.

And there's a faceless nurse in my mom's hall

Silent Hill has left a lasting impression on me

And then, in my room, there's several. There's Kate, who's a seemingly confused, insane ghost girl who committed suicide, but she seems very talkative, so I don't know. There's Margaret, my antique porcelain doll of unknown origin, who scares the living crap out of me sometimes. Because I swear she MOVES

. She seems to be the freakiest of them all, because she's actually there in a physical object

. She's very pretty, though, if slightly falling apart.

I swear to god one of the Smith Sisters has decided to hang out in my closet on occasion.

And then there's whatever comes out of the scary antique mirror of equally unknown origin as Margaret, besides the mirror itself. It warps thing, and it isn't supposed to do that

There's a hell of a lot more, too, and I always have to assure myself that the Straitjacket lacks the ability to climb the ladder to my loft bed.

...OH. There's also one in my backyard, simply referred to as 'Thing'. Thing is a fleshy... thing... that sticks out of the ground and is otherwise unidentifiable of what exactly he or she or it is. Thing resides by my trampoline, and I occasionally say hi to he/she/it

There are a few twisted forms of previous imaginary friend-esque characters, as well as the darkness itself, which is a living entity when it comes to my room at night. I'M ONLY SAFE IN MY BED

We also have a few mutilated Barbies that scare me... but, overall, the mirror and Margaret are the ringleaders of my monster pack. My houses are chock full of monsters

MOTHMAN SCARES THE HELL OUT OF ME.
