Recoloring: No
Add Items: Yes. I would like a hat like this on the head. Also, I want the position mirrored so the head would be on the left side, and it's pointing to the right. I would like the shell to be removed, too.
Animation: No
Transparency: Yes

Oh yes the hat's fine. But I must apologize, I forgot one big detail. I'd like (if it's not too hard) to have the hand on our right side sort of tilting the hat down so it covers the majority of the face, which means that the head is sort of pointing downwards. I hope this isn't too complicated.

Pet Species/Color (Base): Chibi Anyu

Recoloring: (This may take a bit.... Memorial page for a friend so i need specific.)
Fur should be white, and the darker spots should be blonde. (Light blonde.) Eyes should be pale green, nose and pads should be very pale pink. ankle things, and the little wings should be white, with maybe undertones the same color as the eyes.

Add Items: Yes, she should be holding a little pale pink flower.

Animation: No.

Transparency: No.

That is just about PERFECT.
The ankle things didn't come out quite as I expected. Maybe just make the places that are green black?

Katze needs to be recolored like the one on his profile he isnt a common parylix anymore
same thing for Iason he isnt common either

and enif needs to be recolored brown and tan (only him not the darkmatters)

kirie needs to be recolored purple

mimea needs to be recolored gold with silver splotches
