I'm trying to run through Ruby right now to get the Regis, because apparently you can sneak around the "Event Only" limit on the Platinum Regis if you caught Regigigas in a Cherish Ball.
I have plenty on my poor hacked Diamond, I just need the Regis now to fool the game into opening the Regice etc. areas. xD
I'm not sure it'll work, but it'll be epic if it does. If not, I think my friend has an event Regigigas, but the weird non-event way sounds more fun.

Sweet. I should actually work on trying to get the Regis in Ruby and Sapphire, after I restart Ruby of course.

Good luck with your Regi quest. It sounds tough and very fiddly.

I picked up a pre-owned copy of Pearl today, and the thing had a level 70-something Regigigas on it! Unfortunately, whoever owned the game last either traded away or released the Palkia and Heatran that they caught, and used Giratina as a HM Slave. On the other hand they have all the starters or their prevos and most of the fossils or fossil Pokemon. Now, to find another DS so I can trade them across the Platinum and SoulSilver.....

I know. I was about to start ranting, but I was at a shopping center at the time....and freaking out about Pokemon, isn't exactly the best thing to do.

Oh, I managed to get my pokewalker working again. I left it in my jeans, and they went out to the wash, and my pokewalker got washed with it. I followed the instructions, and pulled it apart and dried it, and it worked for a little bit, then stopped working. I got the battery replaced, and now it works again. I am very, very happy.

Argh why don't the local cinemas do PokÃ©mon events!?

I know my brother would love it, I should show him some more DVDs.
When our cousin visited he decided I was Pikachu, he was Misdreavus and our cousin was Raichu. xD

I don't know. I wish they'd show the movies in cinemas, even if it was only for a very limited run...but for now I have to rely on....other....means of watching the movies. =/

Sweet. I'm the only person in my immediate family that likes Pokemon. I think my younger cousin likes Pokemon...or he was playing Diamond and Pearl because he likes playing on his DS. I don't really know. I don't know him that well, and that was only the second time I met him. =

I've got a few DVDs, but that's it. At least the HMV in town sells some. :/

No-one in my family likes PokÃ©mon other than my cousins and my brother. A few of my friends at school like PokÃ©mon too, but I don't know that many people in real-life that like it. xD

I think only the local video rentals place has the Pokemon DVD's, none of the stores that sell DVD's have it for sale. But I love in a small country town, so that probably explains the lack of Pokemon. If I go up to the city and the suburbs, I can find shops that sell Pokemon DVD's, but that's about it.

Only one guy at my school that I talked to played Pokemon, but he got bored of it after he defeated the Elite 4. So I don't really have that many people to talk Pokemon about, except for over the internet. A couple of my friends liked it when we were younger, but they don't talk about it.

Most of my conversations with my friend are about PokÃ©mon. We've never gotten bored of it. xD
It's a shame so many people say PokÃ©mon's for small children and mock anyone who plays the games.
I know I get laughed at or stared at oddly for playing PokÃ©mon. I think they forget to consider it's one of the most popular series you can find.

Well most of my friends weren't really into Pokemon, even when it was really, really popular.
I still buy Pokemon stuff, like gachapons and plush toys, and my parents are all 'why do you still Pokemon stuff?' although, mostly it's because I buy Pokemon plushes, when I can afford them. >.>

But yeah, the whole 'only little kids play/still play Pokemon' thing is stupid. I mean, I know Viz has it as fit for all ages, but the Pokemon Adventures manga can get...kid unfriendly at times. Zombie Pokemon, an Arbok getting cut in half, Magmar being frozen and then shattered, a group of extremists wanting to eradicate all of humanity. Damn it can get pretty kid-unfriendly. And don't get me started on Pokemon Colosseum and the only way you can obtain Pokemon in that. (But it's still one of my favourite Pokemon games^.^)

No, it isn't, but it's still rated as kid friendly. Although it is kinda interesting to see death and the very threat of people getting killed in a kid's manga, that ISN'T edited out in the English release.

Nothing much, but the entire point of Colosseum is to steal other trainer's pokemon. Well certain Pokemon. In Colosseum an evil organisation has worked out how to seal the hearts of pokemon, turning them into mindless fighting machines known as Shadow Pokemon. So you have to team up with a girl who can detect Shadow Pokemon and steal them from other trainers.

The PC also used to be a member of another criminal organisation who stole Pokemon. But he decides to leave the organisation with a 'bang'.

Love the new poke'mon, the seasonal stag especially. XD I liked stantler but his droopy face was a little odd. I'm still a little disappointed that there's 5 generations of poke'mon now and still no gryphon poke'mon. >:

As for favorites, I love meowth and ampharos. XD

My favorites are: Palkia, Rayquaza, Blaziken, Giratina (origin forme), Darkrai, and Espeon. Torchic and Furret are really cute. I hate Wynaut and Wobuffet the most...

I love Pokemon! In ICT the other day, I started a massive Pokemon fight with my friend and we were just shouting random names of Pokemon at each other.
My all time favourite is Absol. I'm not sure why, I just think it's cute but deadly, which kinda represents me (;

Hey # pokemon fans! Mew's currently available on HeartGold and SoulSilver's WiFi until the 30th of October. :3

So if you never got a Mew before, now's your chance. ~~As far as I know it's available for US users. Someone from the UK, Canada, etc. want to confirm if it's available for you guys, too?~~. It's available for NA and PAL versions. (Thanks )

If it doesn't connect or detect the Mew, try again in a few minutes or so. I was able to get mine and it's still the 14th here in Pacific timezone.

I'm very eager for the new gen, there are a ton of Pokemon I'm loving from it; The sarcophagus, Wargle, baby trash bag, hermit crab, the deer, the nazca line bird... It's hard to put together a team :'D
My favorite Pokemon of all are Deoxys, Gengar, Sarcophagus guy, Sableye, Blaziken, Muk, and too many others... pretty much ALL of the poison, bug, and ghost types~

I got the mew event too. I'm currently soft setting it for good ivs/nature.

I probably won't train it since that ruins the event value, but I'll display it with my other four, and a half boxes of events.

My favorite pokemon will always, and forever be Charmander. I also love Pikachu, Celebi, Aipom, Ambipom, yanappu, Baoppu, Hiyappu, and Chillarmy.

I'm waiting for the US release of black so I can understand everything. lol

Beat Pokemon Black a week ago or so. I can't wait to buy myself and English White version. It's an amazing game guys, you'll all love it!

XD A lot of the new ones look like a cross-breeding of old ones and that new 'fertility' Pokemon...Looks just plain wrong!

My top favorite three are, in order: Haunter, Absol and Mothim. Those are also my three favorite types (Ghost, Dark and Bug)

Other than that I like: Shuckle! (Yes, I love the moldy blob!) I also train what I like over what's powerful.
