I'm sure I'll see this since I work at a movie theater. During the movie I'll be all tough and "oh that was laaame." Then later in bed, I'm going to be crying for my mommy.

The first one scared the living crap out of me, so yes, I will probably go and see the second one. The first one caused me to sleep with my light on for a week, so I'm sure the second one will do the same.

The first one was meh, but I think I watched the "not scary ending". So I'm kind of neutral about a sequel.
May see it, may not. Probably won't spend money at a theater to watch it.

I want to cry over the fact that there is a second.
This is just my opinion though, because the movie bored me half to death.
Although, watching it with my stepmom made it pretty hilarious.

@ summed this up for me, pretty much.

The only bit in the whole movie that remotely scared me is the alternate ending where she throws him at the camera, and that's just because I didn't expect it, not because it was ~scary~

I'll go and see this anyway for the lulz, because I have a feeling it's going to be so bad that it's good.

And no offense intended, but if anyone was scared by the original, you need to man up LOL.

I didn't think it was really all that scary when I saw it honestly, seriously I'm into this stuff and I don't think it's legit at all. Now the movie I did kind of get scared watching the The Fourth Kind.

I went with a few people to see the first one, and it didn't phase any of them. They didn't like it. Now I don't watch movies like this often, but I liked it. It had me freaked. I want to see this one mainly because there is a child involved now. Pulls at the heartstrings a bit more.

@ - Oh my goodness, they made a 2 ! The first one was SO GREAT. A friend of mine recommended it to me, and it scared him to pieces. Freaked me out a little too, but in the good way. I will definitely get ahold of this on when it arrives.

I remember flipping through the channels and seeing the preview.. not sure if I'm going to see it since last time I almost threw up. Aha motion sickness..
besides that, my friend whom I saw the first one with isn't here anymore. I doubt she's coming back home for awhile.

So did any of you go see it? I just saw it last night and HOMAN! I loved it. I liked it WAY better than the first one. It was a lot scarier in my opinion. I actually screamed and I'm not a screamer haha.

I kinda hope they keep it going. Even if it's with the same or other characters.

Not going to spoil anything, but the kitchen scene. I think my heart it still having an attack in the theater. I've never jumped like that at a movie. Ever. XD

So did you guys like it?

I just saw it. And let me tell you, it is hilarious! Because at parts, they try to make it funny.

The movie didn't send me home scared like a baby sitting on Santa's lap or anything, but I did jump. The thing I liked about the second was that there was more ofa plot than the first one, and the second one is wayyyyyy more jumpy. But I will not spoil anything for you.
It was a good movie, not scary to me, but I did enjoy it.

DO NOT READ IF NOT YET SEEN. KIND OF SPOILERS BUT I AM NOT GIVING ANY DETAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ The kitchen scene...the whole theater jumped. And the basement... one part in particular made me scream and jump.

Holy cow lol I am the type that tortures myself
with horror movies. but I LOVED this one.
I found myself jumping, gasping and man-shrieking quiet a few times

I Loved how it kind of overlapped with the first one
and gave sort of a conclusion.

Ok so, i know micahs brother he goes to my school. the story isnt legit.
but the movie scared the pants off of me i never get scared after horror movies. i slept with my sister in her twin bed.

the first one wasn't that scary so i came into the theater with my friends thinking 'eh, wont be so bad'.
i almost peed myself like 6 times or so. when that baby came dragged outa the crib i was terrified. then the woman comes outa the basement and i'm like...ya i'm not sleeping tonight. i ended up for the first time in i don't know like 5 years sleeping in the same bed as my sister.

I loved the first one, though it wasn't all that scary.

But I absolutely fell in love with second one. I seriously, seriously love it. It freaked me out so bad I was biting my pillow and I even jumped and screamed once. But that's what I get for watching movies when I'm not paying attention, yet I know what's going on. But then when I'm not paying attention, I'm not good at guessing what's coming next.

Haha the first one made me laugh.
I went with my ex and his sister and her boyfriend.
On Halloween. Big mistake. 14 year old girls behind me, shrieking like banshees at every sound and movement.
I admit, my heart raced once or twice, but that's about it.

The second one was 3 times better. Yeah, just 3. Not the typical 10.
I jumped a couple times, and payed 100% attention to it.
The ending was pretty great; not what I expected.
I'm just PRAYING they don't make a third. Hollywood likes to kill things.
