Where do I go when the CSC offer people won't answer?

I completed the Netflix free trial offer on November 5th. No sign of my CSC yet. Not a word from Gambit since November 7th. Any ideas? This is getting very frustrating. I'm not sure if this kind of thing belongs here, but I have no idea where else to go. Sorry.

Apparently this happens a lot, judging from the forum thingy you get to when you click the link to "View Your Report". Hopefully they answer you and give you the correct amount of CSC, but from what others have said, I wouldn't count on it.
