If Subeta becomes multilingual, then Subetians will tend to be divided...
There will be the Russian group, French group, Norwegian group etc etc and I don't think it's nice
Subeta is one world, why can't we stay together in it?

I vote for Japanese. Then maybe I could get myself to study it on a site that doesn't suck. Plus according to Myth Subeta is a Japanese word. Therefor Japanese makes complete sense.

I can only imagine confusion, annoyance, and a lot of money going down the drain were this to come into fruition. So no, I don't think Subeta should be bilingual.

As a side note, inbeforethis thread gets locked for getting out of hand.

Haha except that Subeta in Japanese seems to mean an insulting word for women (like dog).

@Keaton - Actually, that's just a colloquialism, most often from the Kansai region. SUBETA in Japanese is Portuguese (espada) for sword. ^^

ahhhh
why has no one suggested portuguesee :c

russian as a first choice would amuse me, though xD Boards in cyrillic... uhm, xD better no

at first I was a bit surprised no other language was allowed in common site areas, but it is in fact so much more practical c:

Hey, guys! This is a feedback board about what languages Subeta should (or should not) be available in based on the site's popularity in different countries.

If you want to talk about what different words mean in Japanese, then please take that conversation to sMail. (I recommend sMail specifically, in accordance with the rules, in case you want to discuss more than just the meaning of "subeta.")

That way, we can keep this board focused on providing feedback. Thank you!

Ask me about writing commissions. {{ request board | ping group }}

I was going to say... most popular in Russia? I don't see many Russians about here... haha. xD
44% Russian users also? waaahh.

ANDDD not to get off topic, aha, I only speak English, so it wouldn't apply to me, but I've seen a lot of people who can't speak English very well, and if we managed to translate the site for them I think it's be easier for other users, and perhaps bring more in.

I'm not sure I don't run websites or do languages haha XD
