@VampireEmpress69

the chance of a pet getting a job is based on Intelligence ( This guide has a section on ways INT. can be obtained)
The more intellegence you have, the better chance to get the job, to get a promotion and to not be fired.
A job at SAI requires a minimum of 500 Int.

@MOONIES
Job points = sP = the usual site currency.

Explore - Centropolis - Job Agency. Find a job for each of your pet. If your pet has low intelligence chances are he or she might not be getting a job, or a super low paying one.

Once your pet(s) snag him or herself a job you go back to where it shows you your pet's job status. It'll say ''(PET NAME) currently works in (SO-AND-SO JOB)''--that is a link. You click it, and every day, once rollover hits, you can click ''Collect Daily Salary''.

@MOONIES

A little trick that's worked for me in the past, if your pet gets fired from a job, reapply for the same job with the same pet immediately. About 80% of the time, they got rehired.

My observation is different from Billy's. Int matters for getting the job only, and while Billy has bolded "minimum" I have never seen any benefit from having massive INT over the minimum INT for any particular job. Everything else, is random and INT does not affect it.

We bring ourselves to God, so that we may grow in generosity and spirit
clarity of mind, of warmth of affection.
