MAKING SP`s

  • I`m new. How can I make sP?

    There are numerous ways to make sP on Subeta! Restocking, playing games, doing quests, etc.

    For some free items to sell, head to Riverside Valley to pick up some free food at the Free Food Shelter (once a day if you have under 10,000sP) and items from the Donation Center (every 5 minutes, if there are items in there). Be sure to check the Free Gift often as well. Then on Atebus you can pick fruit from the Ikumoradeekanox tree (once a day). Be sure to check the Trash Can there too as you might get lucky and find something in there.

    Play Random every three hours to get free items or sP, and there are several other free games you can play for sP rewards as well.

    Get your pet a job at the Job Agency in Centropolis and collect their salary every day.

    Doing Quests is also a good way to make sP, and get items. There is even one specifically for new players... Sarah`s Quests at Veta Lake.

    Restocking involves buying items from the different Subeta shops around the site and reselling them in your own shop. It can take some time to get the hang of restocking but once you do, it is very profitable.


    ACCOUNT RELATED QUESTIONS

  • How many accounts can I have?

    One. Each individual person is allowed one, and only ONE account.

    The Terms and Conditions that every user agrees to when registering an account to play on Subeta, and the rules on the site, clearly state that...

    ``Each separate user is allowed one account.``

    NOTE: If your account ever gets frozen, DO NOT make another account. It will just be frozen along with any others you have created. If you feel you were wrongly frozen, you can log into your account and submit a help ticket at the Ticket Center requesting to have the freezing looked into.

  • I don`t like my username anymore. Can I disable this account and start a new one?

    Absolutely not. As stated above, you are only allowed ONE account, period. You cannot decide you don`t want an account anymore, self-freeze it and then open another. You will be frozen for having multiple accounts.

  • How can I change my username?

    If you want a new username, you can change it by going to your account Preferences and selecting the Change Username option. The cost to change your username 1000 Cash Shop Credits and it can be done once every (1) month.

    You can also change your username by using the Loyalty Username Totem. These are obtained from the Loyalty Box that users earn when they have been a member for 2+ years.

  • How do I take plushies/cards/beanbags out of my collection?

    Once you have added items to your plushie collection, trading card collection or beanbag collection, they cannot ever be removed. If you want to have an accessible collection of these items, create a shop/gallery dedicated to them instead.

  • What`s the max amount you can price an item in your shop?

    The max is 50000000 sP. Items priced at 0 or higher than 50000000 sP will be shown as Display Only and cannot be purchased by other users. To sell items for more than 50000000 sP you will have to use the Trading Center or Auctions.

  • Is the vault interest rate random?

    Yes. Each account is assigned a random interest rate, with the lowest possible rate at 5% and the maximum rate at 10%. Please see the 10/4/2012 announcement for an update regarding Topic: Bank Interest.

  • Is there a way to increase your vault interest rate?

    No. At this time there is no way to increase it.

  • How do I create/dress my Human Avatar?

    In the Human Avatars board is a sticky topic titled Human Avatar Basics and QandA`s that will explain all about how to create and dress your human avatar.

  • How do I put my Human Avatar on my profile?

    You can either add the Avatar content box to your profile, or add [ avatar=YourUsernameHere] (without the space) somewhere on your profile.

    If you want it showing as your name on your profile, then go to Preferences - User Profile and put that same code in where your name goes.

  • Can I make an account for my friend?

    No. If someone wants an account they have to make it themselves. If you create the account it is considered a multiple account, which is a freezable offense.

  • Can I go into my friend`s account to do something for them if they ask me too?

    No. No one is ever allowed to access another user`s account for ANY reason, even if they ask you too. Doing so will risk both accounts being frozen.

  • What should I do if for some reason I can`t access my account?

    First and foremost... do NOT make a new account! Doing so will only risk you being frozen for having multiple accounts. Send an email to support@subeta.net, give them your username, and explain the situation. Someone from there will help you with regaining access to your account.

    Be aware that you will be asked to provide information to verify your ownership of the account so it`s a wise idea to always keep notes about things in your account that only you would know.

  • I can`t create a topic on the forum because it says my account is to young. What does that mean?

    An account needs to be 24 hours old in order to create a topic in the forum.


    PET RELATED QUESTIONS

  • How do I get a pet?

    To create a pet, click on Pets on the side toolbar under the Personal section. Then click on the Adopt a Pet link at the top of the page.

    You can also adopt pets that have been abandoned other users at Adopt are Us that is located at Veta Lake. You might even find a colored pet there!

  • How many pets can I have?

    Normal accounts can have up to 5 pets. Gold Accounts can have up to 10 pets. You can then purchase up to an additional 15 pets slots (for a total of 25 pets) at a cost of 2000 CSCs per slot. The additional slots can be purchased on your Pets Page.

    You can also get extra pet slots by using a Loyalty Pet Slot Totem. These are obtained from the Loyalty Box that users earn once they have been a member for 2+ years. The Loyalty Pet Slot Totem will give you 1 extra pet slot.

    NOTE: While you can purchase extra slots and redeem a Loyalty Pet Slot Totem without having a Gold Account, you do need to have an active Gold Account in order to use any pets slots above the 5 slots you get with a normal account. If you abandon one of your pets you cannot create or adopt another one unless you renew your GA.

  • How do I color my pet? How can I change my pet to something else?

    Here is a breakdown of the different ways available to change your pets, both in color and species...

      Potions: These change your pet to another color while retaining it`s current specie type. For example, if you use a Dawn Potion on your Montre it will become a Dawn Montre.

      Exceptions to this are the Potion of Purity, Common Potion, Miracle Potion and Miracle Potion II.

      - Potion of Purity changes your pet to a Scribble pet.
      - Common Potion changes your pet back to its default color.
      - Miracle Potion changes your pet to any color available for its specie (except Hydrus & Angelic).
      - Miracle Potion II changes your pet`s species without changing its current color. This also includes Experiment pets.

      Elixirs: These change both color and species of your pet. For example, if you have a Dawn Montre and you use a Sun Fester Elixir on it, your pet will become a Sun Fester.

      Most potions and elixirs can be purchased in the Magic Box shop, user shops, Trade Center and Auctions. Occasionally the Bloodred, Graveyard, Marsh, Reborn, Spectrum and Nightmare potions will be made available in the Token shop.

      The Angelic Potion, Miracle Potion and Miracle Potion II are sold in the Cash Shop, and the Chibi Potion and Dark Matter Potion are sold in the Millionaire Center. Potion of Purity is occasionally sold in the Millionaire Center as well.

      Pet Zappers: You can take your pet to the Pet Zapper or Pet Zapper v2 and have it `randomly` zapped into other colors. However, the Pet Zappers can also change your pet into other species, do gender changes, raise stats or do nothing at all... so use them at your own risk. NOTE: You cannot obtain Angelic, Hydrus, Galactic, Nostalgic and Steamwork via the zappers.

      The original Pet Zapper (located in the Darkside), costs 5 Wizard Tokens per zap and has a chance of changing your pet`s species, gender, or color. Be aware that this Pet Zapper will only zap your ACTIVE pet. If you do not want your active pet changed, be sure that you change your active pet in your pet options to the one you DO want to be zapped.

      The Pet Zapper v2 (located in the Darkside), costs 15 Wizard Tokens per zap and does all that the original Pet Zapper does as well as gives Experiment and Darkmatter pets. One thing you need to be wary of when using the Pet Zapper v2... it can sometimes miss your pet and zap it`s minion or an item in your inventory into something else instead! So you may want to remove it`s minion and your inventory items before using the zapper.

      Loyalty Potion Totem: You can also change your pet's color by using the Loyalty Potion Totem. These are obtained from the Loyalty Box that users earn when they have been a member for 2+ years. (You can find more about these further down in this FAQ.)

    Special Pet Species/Colors:

      Aeanoid: This pet specie is created by growing an Aeanoid Seed in the Gardens at Veta Lake. Once it is finished, it will attack your active pet and transform it into an Aeanoid.

      Bhakoru: This is a special pet specie that was released for the August 2011 Steel Plot, and those who reached a certain level in the plot were given access to a special crystal which allows them the ability to create Bhakoru pets. If you do not have access to this special crystal, you can transform an existing pet into a Bhakoru by using a Miracle Potion II or a Loyalty Potion Totem.
      NOTE: If a Bhakoru is abandoned into the pound, the Bhakoru will change into a Kumos in whatever color the Bhakoru was abandoned as. However, if you use the "Give Pet to Friend" feature for transferring a Bhakoru to another user, it will remain a Bhakoru.

      Bumbus: This pet specie can only be created from within the Blue Building. You do, however, have to gain access to the Blue Building in order to enter it though (see blow for more information on gaining access to the Blue Building). There is also a random event where you can be summoned to perform a quest for Queen Bea and upon completion, she will transform a pet of your choice into a Bumbus. If the Bumbus is available in the color of the pet you have transformed, your pet will retain that color. If not, it will be turned into a Common Bumbus.
      NOTE: If a Bumbus is abandoned into the pound, the Bumbus will change into a Kumos in whatever color the Bumbus was abandoned as. However, if you use the "Give Pet to Friend" feature for transferring a Bumbus to another user, it will remain a Bumbus.

      Hydrus: Collect all 9 of the Uncharted Land Map pieces, have all the pieces in your inventory and go to Treasure Maps (in Games) to turn them in. After a few minutes, you will be given access to the Unknown Island where you will need to complete a quest for the sea-witch named Merana. When you have completed the quest you will be allowed to change one of your pets to Hydrus, so long as the pet is currently available in that color.
      NOTE: If a Hydrus pet is abandoned into the pound, the pet will lose its Hydrus color and revert back to its common/default color. However, if you use the "Give Pet to Friend" feature for transferring a Hydrus pet to another user, it will remain Hydrus.

      Galactic: On the 6th and 7th day of every month you can have your pet blessed and turned Galactic. To do this, go to Coda Caves on Atebus and visit Itallo. He will show you a list of your pets that can be blessed and made Galactic. Click on the pet you want to make Galactic and he will then send you on a quest for specific colored Gems. Then you can go back to the Coda Caves and dig for the gems (you can dig for one gem every hour), or you can buy the gems from other user's shops, but they can be a bit pricey. Once you have collected all the gems Itallo asked for, go back to Coda Caves and click on the `Bless your Pet' link, then give Itallo the gems and he will turn the pet you previously selected to Galactic.

      Glacier: You use a Glacier Potion, which can be created by combining an Artificial Prism Chalice and Bucket of Polar Water at Asmodeus Genetech Lab. The Artificial Prism Chalice can be purchased in the Millionaire Center and the Bucket of Polar Water comes from the Polar Ice Field located in Arctic Frost. The items and potion may also be found for sale in the Trading Center, Auctions and sometimes in user shops.

      Glade: You use a Glade Potion, which can be created by filling a Ornate Floral Pitcher with water from Peka Glade. The Ornate Floral Pitcher can be purchased in the Seedlings shop. The pitcher and potion may also be found for sale in the Trading Center, Auctions and sometimes in user shops.

      Nostalgic: You can transform an existing pet into a Nostalgic pet at Vanya's Workshop in the Arctic Frost.

      1. You will first need to obtain a Nostalgic Instructions kit for the nostalgic pet you want to make (i.e., Nostalgic Kumos Instructions, Nostalgic Manchu Instructions, etc.), and an Essence Of Melody. The kits are sold in the Thimble & Co. shop, and the Essence Of Melody is sold in the Cash Shop. They may also be found in user shops.

      2. With the Nostalgic Instructions kit in your inventory go to Vanya's Workshop, and he will then send you on a quest to bring him three items. The items asked for will include two random items from the Thimble & Co. shop, and either a Plushie Makers Kit, Plastic Molders Kit, or Wood Carvers Kit. These kits can be purchased from the Thimble & Co. shop, the Crystal Shop, and user shops. Be aware that one of the quest items could possibly be another Nostalgic Instruction kit. This is not an error since they also sell in the Thimble & Co. shop.
      NOTE: If you start a Vanya's Quest and decide for whatever reason to quit the quest, you will NOT get your Nostalgic Instructions back. This is not a glitch so do not submit a ticket to ask for it back if you quit the quest.

      3. Once you have the items Vanya asked for, go back to Vanya's Quests and in exchange for these items he will give you a nostalgic toy that corresponds with the Nostalgic Instruction kit you initially gave him (i.e., Nostalgic Kumos Toy, Nostalgic Manchu Toy, etc.)

      4. With the nostalgic toy he gave you and an Essence Of Melody in your inventory, return to Vanya again and he will change your pet to Nostalgic. NOTE: The workshop is set by default to change your ACTIVE pet, so make sure that you have the pet you are wanting changed selected as your active pet!

      Alternatively, you can bypass the quest by purchasing the nostalgic toy that corresponds with the nostalgic pet you want. Then with the toy and the Essence Of Melody in your inventory go to Vanya's Workshop and he will transform your active pet into a nostalgic pet.

      Nuclear: You use a Nuclear Potion, which is a special potion that is created by combining a Bottled H2O and Supercritical Core at the Asmodeus Genetech Lab, located in the Darkside. The potion may also be found for sale in the Trading Center, Auctions and sometimes in user shops.

      Steamwork: You can either 'build' a Steamwork pet, or you can transform an existing pet into a Steamwork pet.

      - To build a Steamwork pet:

      1. Obtain a species-specific schematic. These can be purchased from either the Yun Enterprises - Purveyors of Plans Schematic Shop, or from user shops/trades/etc. Schematics purchased from the Schematic Shop will take 2-3 days to be drawn up, and you will be notified when it is completed.

      2. Obtain a Yunium Key. The key can be created by combining a Yunium Ore, Melting Kettle and Steamwork Key Stone Mold at Asmodeus Genetech Lab, or purchased from user shops/trades/etc.

      3. Take your schematic and Yunium Key to Yun Enterprises - Full Steam Ahead and place the order for your pet to be built. The building of your Steamwork pet will take 2-3 days, and you will be notified when it is completed.

      - To transform an existing pet to a Steamwork pet:

      Obtain a species-specific schematic and a Yunium Key (see above). Take the schematic and a Yunium Key to Yun Enterprises - Full Steam Ahead and select which of your pets you want to transform. The transformation will take 2-3 days, and you will be notified when it is completed.

      OR... use a Miracle Potion to change your existing pet to a Steamwork pet. The Miracle Potion, however, will only change your pet if its specie has a Steamwork version available. You can also use a Loyalty Potion Totem to transform you pet to Steamwork.

      NOTE: Built Steamwork pets are gear-gendered and will have a gender symbol, and a 'built' date instead of a 'born' date. Pets that have been transformed into a Steamwork pet, regardless of the transformation method, will have the normal // gender symbols, and their original born date. Also, the gear gender will only remain on the pet for as long as the pet remains a steamwork pet. If the color of the pet is changed, the pet will become genderless. IF, however, you wish to change only the species of your Steamwork pet, you can use the Miracle Potion II and it will retain its gear gender.

  • Where can I go to see a list of the colors available for pets?

    There is no list on the site itself, but there are several fan sites that have lists of all the available pet colors. Check out SubetaHQ or SubetaLodge. You may also find some Subeta fan sites posted about in the Internet board as well.

  • What is a Treasure Chest? How can I make my pet`s Treasure Chest bigger? How do I take something out of my pet`s treasure chest?

    Each pet has a Treasure Chest that you can put items into. It`s like their own personal little gallery for items. When you put something into their Treasure Chest, the items will be visible on their pet page.

    Each pets starts out with three Treasure Chest spaces. You can get more spaces via random events, occasionally from the Pet Zapper v2, by using the Magical Keepsake Box (sold in the Millionaire Center and gives 1-3 spaces), and the Multi-Compartment Keepsake Box (sold in the Cash Shop and gives 10-13 spaces). You can also increase your pet's Treasure Chest by using a Loyalty Treasure Chest Totem. These are obtained from the Loyalty Box that users earn when they have been a member for 2+ years. When used, the Loyalty Treasure Chest Totem will give every one of your pets an additional 10 spaces.

    To remove items from a pet`s Treasure Chest, go to your profile and click on the pet. Then click on the Remove Item link under the item you want to remove. You can also do this by going to Your Pets, click on the pet you want to remove items from and click on the Edit Treasure option.

  • HELP! I gave my pet a -insert potion name here- and my pet didn`t change!

    The most common reason for this is that the `Equip to` option was clicked instead of `Use on` option, and the potion was equipped to your pet as a weapon (potions can be used in battle). So check in the pet's Battle Weapons.

  • How do I get my pet a job?

    There is a Job Agency is located in Centropolis. In the agency click on the link next to your pet that says "Unemployed", and on the next page click "Job Listings" then choose the job you want your pet to have. Be aware though that most jobs will require your pet to have a certain amount of levels, strength and intelligence in order for it to be accepted for the job.

    You will need to manually collect your pet's salary every day.

  • How does my pet get a higher salary?

    You need to ask for promotions. You can ask for a promotion as often as you like, although asking constantly may be a bad idea as it could anger the boss and possibly result in your pet being fired.

    Helpful Hint: The more you train your pet to increase their level and strength and read them books to increase their intelligence, the better chance of getting promotions.

  • How do I train my pet?

    The most common way is through the Training Center at Riverside Valley. The price and time for each session varies depending on your pet`s current stats. Your pet will average one stat gain per training session, although sometimes you can get as many as three.

    Check the Battle board for other ways to train and raise pet stats.

  • How does one go about getting Alchemy Points (AP)?

    You get Alchemy Points by increasing pet intelligence, i.e. reading books to your pet, using stat boosters and playing Mystic Spindles. Every 16 intelligence points equals 1 Alchemy Point. The only exception to this rule is if you are using stat boosters, in this case you will need to read a book exactly on the 16th Intelligence Point to have your new AP added to your pet. This means that if you boosted to 32 Intelligence (16 x 2), you will need to boost 15 more points, and then read 1 book or simply read 16 more books.

  • Can we trade or sell pets?

    No absolutely not! Both trading and selling of pets are warnable/freezable offenses. We used to allow pet trading but that proved to be too much of a problem and was disallowed.

  • Can I change the name of my pet?

    Yes you sure can. You can do it by going to the Your Pets page, click on the edit icon in the box next to your pet, and in the drop-down menu select "Change Name". Be aware there is a fee of 500 Cash Shop Credits to change your pet's name.

    You can also change your pet's name by using the Loyalty Petname Totem. These are obtained from the Loyalty Box that users earn when they have been a member for 2+ years.

  • How do I make my pet active, or change my active pet?

    On the side toolbar beneath Personal, click on Pets. Then click on the pet you wish to make your active pet and under Options chose Make Active Pet. Be aware that it may take a few minutes before the pet activation change to process, so just be patient if it does not change right away.

  • How do you abandon a pet?

    Click on Pets on the side toolbar under the Personal section. Then click on the pet you wish to abandon and under Options you will then see a link for Abandon Pet.

    NOTE: Abandoning a pet costs 10,000 sP, and your account must be over 1 month old before you can abandon a pet.


    FORUM RELATED QUESTIONS

  • Where can I find the rules for the forum?

    The site Terms and Conditions as well as the Basic Site/Forum Rules apply to all areas of the forum. You can also find the forum rules located in Rule Center. In addition to these, certain forum boards may also have their own set of rules so make sure you read those as well.

  • How do I start a new topic?

    There is a Create a Topic button in the bottom left corner in each of the boards.

  • My board was in one area, now it`s in another!

    If you post in the wrong board, a staff member will move it to the correct one.

  • How do I change my font color, or post an image?

    At the top of the forum is a link for sCode that lists the various codes that can be used to change text/font, post images, links, post smilies, and more. These can also be used in other areas of the site such as profiles and journals.

  • How do you add things before or after your text? Like when a user has: ``Bob says: blahblahblah`` or ``blahblahblah Sincerely, Bob``?

    To add content before and/or after your text, go to Preferences - Forum Options - Update ForumText and in the forumText edit box, you would add something like this...

    TEXTYOUWANT HERE [br ][br ] forumText [br ][br ] MORETEXTHERE

    (without the spaces)

  • What do the little colored figures next to usernames mean?

    These icons represent what kind of user someone is.

    Blue = Regular User
    Gold = Gold Account User
    Purple = Forum MiniMod
    Green = NPC (Non Playable Character)
    Red = Staff (Admin., Assist. Admin. User Admin, User Admin Plus, Artists, Writers)
    Black = Keith (site-owner)

  • I noticed some people have stars under their names and titles such as Silly Spamming Sausage. What do they mean?

    The stars and titles represent how many posts you have in the forums. The following is a list of how many posts you need to gain each title and how many stars go along with it.

    00-14 = Newbie
    15-39 = Member
    40-74 = Subeta Luva
    75-99 = Posting Machine
    100-149 = Posting Machine v2 (1 star)
    150-199 = Funky Forum Feli
    200-499 = Silly Spamming Sausage
    500-999 = Blabbermouth (2 stars)
    1000-1499 = Gossiper
    1500-2999 = Tongue Wagger (3 stars but at 2000 you get 4)
    3000 = Le Extreme Spammer (5 stars)
    5000-7999 = Do you have a life? (6 stars)
    8000-14999 = Subeta Elder
    15000+ = Forum Grand Master


    TRADING CENTER

  • What is the Trading Center?

    This is where users can trade items with each other, and to buy and sell items that cannot be bought/sold in shops. These items are commonly referred to as unbuyable`s or UB`s.

  • Can I ask to buy things through trades?

    No. Making trades asking to buy things (i.e., I`m buying more of this item, smail me if you have any!) is not permitted. Trades like this will result in the trade lot being removed and a warning issued. Use the Buying sub-forum in the Advertising board instead.

    You are, however, allowed to ask for specific items you are willing to trade for the item(s) you have in your trade lot. i.e., I want wishlist items, an Angelic Potion, etc.

  • Can I make NFT, NFS trade lots?

    No. Not For Trade and Not For Sale lots are not allowed in the Trading Center. The Trading Center is to be used for trading/selling only. Showing off items and/or using it as extra storage only clutters up the Trade Center and such trades will result in the trade lot being removed and a warning issued.


    DISCIPLINARY ACTION

  • I just got a Verbal Warning. What does that mean and what are the differences between Verbal and Official?

    Verbal warnings are basically a reminder of the rules. Users will receive one verbal warning for each first rule offense (first time you spam, first time you beg, etc.). If you repeat the rule offense after you have received a verbal warning, you will then receive an official warning.

    This is why it is important to thoroughly read the site Terms and Conditions, the Rule Center, the Basic Site/Forum Rules (sticky topics in both the Help & Questions and General Discussion boards), as well as any additional rules there might be in each individual board within the forum. That way you know what is not allowed, and that can get you in trouble if you do it.

  • How many warnings do you get before having your account frozen?

    An account will be frozen if a user accumulates 5 official warnings for each separate offense, or 3 warnings for a repeated offense. There are, however, certain offenses that will result in an immediate freeze of an account, i.e., multiple accounts, auto-buying, scamming, abusing a glitch, etc.

  • Help! I got a warning but I don`t understand what for? Or, I got a warning but I don`t think I deserve it! What do I do?

    If you have a question/concern regarding a warning you received, or feel a warning was unjust, submit a help ticket at the Ticket Center and a User Admin will help you with it.

  • If I get frozen, can I make a new account and come back?

    No. If your account is frozen, DO NOT make another account. It will just be frozen along with any others you have created and you will lose any chance of appealing the freezing. If you feel you were wrongly frozen, submit a help ticket at the Ticket Center explaining why and it will be looked into.

  • Why does the rule that says ____ exist?

    If you have questions about a rule, or wonder if something is allowed or not on the site, please don`t hesitate to submit a help ticket at the Ticket Center to ask about it. A User Admin will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the site rules.

    POPULAR MISCELLANEOUS GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • What are Wizard Tokens and how do I get them?

    Wizard Tokens are another form of currency on Subeta. Wizard Tokens can be obtained by doing Wizard Quests (he will reward you with either an item and sP, or token and sP), completing Oracle Quests when summoned to do so, or buying them from other users.     There are numerous locations around the site that only take Wizard Tokens for payment, i.e., Vending Machines, Token Shop, Blackheart Hollow, Oracle Token Shop, Carnival Games, etc.

    NOTE: In order to use your Wizard Tokens you will first need to add them to your Currency Storage (located in your vault). You can do this by clicking on the Wizard Token in your inventory and selecting the option to "Add to Currencies", or if you have several to add go to the The Wizard Exchange which will add them all for you.

  • Why won`t it let me collect my Free Gift?

    The Free Gifts are not available on a daily basis. Once you have collected a free gift, you cannot collect another until a new one is made available. When there is a new free gift available, it will be posted in the News.

  • What`s the max amount of sP you can have before you can`t get free food?

    You can`t get any free food from the Free Food Shelter if you have more than 10,000sP.

  • I got an inappropriate restocking code! What do I do?

    Any word in the dictionary may appear as a code, and while words that are not allowed on the site have been filtered out, mistakes can happen. sMail Keith the word you saw and if he feels that it should be removed, it will be.

  • I see a glitch somewhere. How do I report it?

  • How come we can`t use other languages on Subeta?

    This rule is in place to ensure that all staff can read and understand what is being posted in order to be able to properly moderate the site for harmful and inappropriate content, and the forum MiniMods can properly moderate the forums. If English is not your native language, just use it to the best of your ability when posting around the site.

    NOTE: Foreign languages are allowed in Journals, sMail, shop names, pet names, and YouTube Videos.

    And yes we are aware that there are language translators available on the internet, however, they are not a reliable tool to translate correctly... especially if there is slang being used. Most translators do not translate slang words very well... or at all.

  • Can I refer people to Subeta? Do you get anything for referring?

    Sure you can! If you know someone who would like to sign up, just give them the your referral link. Your referral link can be found here.

    And yes, there are referral rewards for referring new users to the site. You can see a list of the referral rewards here. Do be aware, though, that all referrals go through a verification process to ensure they are genuine referrals. If they don't pass the verification process, they won`t count and you will not receive any referral reward.

  • What are Loyalty Boxes, and how can I get one?

    Loyalty Boxes are special items that users earn once their accounts have reached 2 years old, and they are given one Loyalty Box for each year after that. When a user receives a Loyalty Box, it can only be used by that user and they cannot be moved out of a user's inventory to be sold, traded or given to any other user.

    Each Loyalty Box contains five items, however, you only get ONE item per Loyalty Box so choose carefully!

    Loyalty Gold Account Totem - This item, when used, will give you three months of free GA time.

    Loyalty Pet Slot Totem - This item, when used, will give you one extra pet slot. You must have a GA active to use it.

    Loyalty Potion Totem - This item, when used, will change your pet into ANY colour that you choose, no exceptions!

    Loyalty Tome Totem - This item, when used, will give your pet +10 level and +25 of every other stat. It is not a book, and cannot be read.

    Loyalty Treasure Chest Totem - This item, when used, will give every one of your pets an additional 10 treasure chest spaces.

    Loyalty Petname Totem - This item, when used, will grant you one pet name change

    Loyalty Username Totem - This item, when used, will grant you one username change.

    NOTE: Loyalty Boxes are not given automatically. You need to view your Preferences page to get it. Also, Loyalty Boxes are given based on the exact date/time that you joined, so you will not receive your Loyalty Box until your preferences indicates that you have been a member for exactly 2 years, 3 years, etc.

    The Hollow not only restocks randomly, it restocks very rarely.

  • What currency does it accept and what kind of items does it have?

    It accepts Wizard Tokens and the items it has varies. They are all very rare though, and quite limited. Each item that restocks has a limited number and once it restocks that many times, it will never do so again.

  • What kind of tokens do you use for the Oracle Token Shop and what can I get from it?

    You use Wizard Tokens and there is no way to know what you will get. As it says there, ``... you can get just about anything! So, choose wisely, and remember that expensive isn`t ALWAYS the best way to go!``

    Blue Building (Location: Centropolis)

  • What is the Blue Building and how do I get in it?

    The Blue Building is a very mysterious place. To gain access to it, you have to complete all the requirements listed on the main Blue Building page.

  • How do I get my Blue Building Password.

    Your password will randomly appear at some point when you are at the main Blue Building page.

  • Oh no, I lost my Blue Building Password!

    Don`t worry, once you have received your Blue Building password, it is automatically saved in the system for you. However, you might still want to write it down and save it just in case you ever need it. It is a good piece of information to have if you ever need to prove ownership of your account. ;]

  • What does that mean by ``Have at least 1 pet with an overall rating of 100 or more``?

    It means that you must have a pet that has 100 or more in it`s Level, Health, Defense or Strength stats. It can be either one of those, or combined. Intelligence and Speed are not included in the overall rating though.

    Example: If your pet has stats of Level: 1, Strength: 10, Defense: 10, Health: 10, then its overall rating is: 1 + 10 + 10 + 10 = 31.

  • It says ``Complete at least one original treasure map`` But which map is the original... Treasure Map or Uncharted Land Map?

    It is only the Treasure Map that fills the map completion requirement.

    Coin Machine (Location: Centropolis)

  • What can you get by playing the coin machine?

    Coins can give your pet stats, feed your pet, give items (either common or rare), or a sum of sP. The prizes you get depend on what coin you use. For example, Slot Coins give a small sum of sP, while gold coins sometimes give r99 items.

    Recycling Center (Location: Riverside Valley)

  • What is the Recycling Center?

    Sometimes lower rarity items that have no real use, or are not worth a lot, can pile up on the site. So to help rid the site of some of these items, the Recycle Beast will ask for these to be recycled to him. In exchange, he will give you 1 Recycle Point per item you give him.

    The items asked for are changed daily and it is announced in the News when they change.

  • So, I`ve given the Recycle Beast the items he`s looking for. Now what?

    Once you have built up enough Recycle Points, you can use them to buy rare items that only he sells in his shop. Click on the `Buy from the Shop` link to see what he has in stock.

    If you don't have the time or patience to recycle items, or just need a few more points to buy something, the Recycle Beast will gladly sell you some points as well. For 100,000sP you can purchase 10 recycle points, and you can do this once per day.

    Token Shop (Location: Fairgrounds/Carnival)

  • Does the token shop ever restock?

    New items are added every so often and when they are, it is announced in the News. Occasionally it will restock some of the sold out items too.

  • Is there a limit on how many items I can buy from the token Shop?

    No, but there is a 12 hour wait time limit between your purchases. This is to give all users a fair chance at getting the items, instead of only a few users buying them all up.
