Valuable Pawn Achievement?

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me whether or not the Valuable Pawn Achievement (for restocking a r99 item) is random or if it should happen the first time you restock a rare item...?

Because I just restocked a Blue Basket and didn't get the achievement...

I didn't actually know it was that valuable until I went to put it in one of my shops, but, I realized then that I didn't receive that achievement.
(Sorry if I should have posted this as a bug...!?)

It should happen the first time you restock a r99 item, I believe.
Ah, never mind...forgot that the achievement required you to pawn the r99 item..

For that achievement, you have to pawn the item here
If you're quick, you can usually buy the item back right after, too.

I must already have the achievement for buying a rare from the main shops!!

Okay.. so I've searched all the items in the Pawn Shop on SubetaLodge and none of them are r99.. I tried a r101 item but didn't seem to work so I assume it *has* to be r99, but if he doesn't except any r99 items how are we to do this? Does he change the items he sells/buys at all? Since I've been looking they are all the same..
