So, um. This morning Roegen was playing with this antique french bike my mom has in the house, and got his finger stuck in between the sprocket and the chain, and long story short the fireman cut the bike chain to free my lil man who is perfectly fine (he was just scared crapless) and now my mom just calls me with an update with the plan since he had to miss preschool and she's all "omg it's going to be so hard to replace that chain blahblahblahblahblah" NO IT'S NOT YOU IDIOT YOU GO TO A BIKE SHOP AND BUY ONE, THE CHAIN WASN'T ANTIQUE, THE BIKE ITSELF IS OH MY GOD LIKE WHAT SHOULD THEY HAVE DONE? CUT OFF HIS FINGER, OR FARTED AROUND TRYING OTHER METHODS AND CRUSHED IT EVEN MORE?! GROW THE love UP AND REALIZE A BIKE CHAIN IS NOT IMPORTANT. dog. @ROCK @Alicia Dude. If I wasn't broke as crap right now, I'd go to the bike shop right near me and buy her a chain. Just be like "wow look at how easy this was to replace UNLIKE A FINGER!" OOOOO YES smail or text me your ideas  Random Event You notice a Gym Vending Machine Trading Card on the ground, but right when you bend down to pick it up, lizard minions come out of nowhere and scurry off with it! Your trap springs and you spray like mad as the lizard minions escape. They will not get away this time! You place Gym Vending Machine Trading Card into your inventory. So glad that Roegen is okay! Hopefully your mom will rethink what she believes to be important in life. So, I was in lab today, working on an experiment for a system that we've been working on for publication for almost a year now, and FINALLY we made a change that looks promising! So, once I analyzed the data I was all Click because it's been so much work, but it appears to be paying off. c: AND I start full time research in one week, so hopefully we can publish before my mentor leaves. She's getting her Ph.D. this August. Also, is anyone good at telling the dimensions of an image, or know if photobucket will give you them and I'm just blind? @Alicia Weird! I always get the full event. @Illyena Sentt it over  @Sasseh lol I've been hoping for that for years. Seems unlikely. You don't have to worry about image size anymore, Subeta automatically resizes to within the rules. @Budgiesaurus It was  when they approached with the bolt cutters he thought they were going to cut off his hand/finger and screamed a scream I've only heard 3 times before. The scream of utter fear and pain but once they got him out he cheered up immensly and now looking at his hands, there's not even a bruise. Lucky kid is lucky. |
