Skullstar nodded and hopped up onto the pedestal and assumed his 'leader voice' 'The gathering will now begin." His skeleton patterned fur was aglow in the cave.

"So, Moonclan will go first!" Jadestar announced, shouldering Skullstar out of her way. "We are thriving this moon. Are we not?" Moonclan yowled in agreement. "Moonclan however, will not stand for prey stealers. Prey stealers such as Sunclan!" Jadestar hissed, turning her head to Skullstar. His back fur stood on end. Skullstar was a large tom, with his fur puffed out, he was more that twice Jadestar's size.

"How dare you Jadestar. How dare you accuse of being prey stealers. Moonclan are the ones who sway from the warrior code!" he yowled, his fangs bared in anger.

Ambercloud rolled her eyes. Some arguments and rivalries will never be put aside, even at times of peace. When one thing goes wrong, they immediately accuse each other.

Wolfaw watched with wide eyes "Does this happen often?" he whispered to Rabbitpaw.

Rabbitpaw twitched her fluffy ears. "Sadly yes. Haven't you been to gathering before." she whispered.

Skullstar and Jadestar exchanged hisses and swats before Skullstar realized the sky was darkening.
"We must put aside our squabble for now, Starclan is angry." he said, flattening his fur.
"Yeah you always were Starclan's little slave. You and Petalfall." Jadestar sneered, walking away from him, flicking her tail in his face.
Anger and sadness flashed in Skullstar's eyes, then he looked to Rabbitpaw, and sighed. "The prey runs well in Sunclan turf as well. We are also as prosperous,and have no reason to steal such scrawny prey. That is all." he meowed.

Wolfpaw shook his head "This is only my second gathering."

Ambercloud closed her eyes. While arguing was frequent, insults never got that personal. .

At the base of the rock pedestal, Lightclaw smirked. He did not like sunclan or its leader so hearing both insulted made him feel a little better about having to come all the way to the glowingcave.

The gathering lasted about an hour more before it came to a close. Even at the end of the gathering, Jadestar's words still stung Skullstar. It had been a blow below the belt.
He told his deputy, Slatestorm to lead his clan back to their territory, he was going to sit and think by himself for a while.

Rabbitpaw followed her clanmates after saying her goodbyes to Wolfpaw, watching her father walk toward a small pond seperate from everything else, and hidden in the shadows.

Ambercloud looked around for Skullstar before finally spotting him by a pond by himself. She approached him quietly. "Skullstar? You okay?"

Wolfpaw said goodbye to rabbitpaw and followed his clan back home. The gathering had been interesting to say the least with many insults flying back and forth.

Gingerclaw and Cloudleaf watched silently as the two leaders glared at each other. She didnt really understand what they were talking about but she knew it was something serious as she glanced at Skullstar's shocked face. When the meeting ended Gingerclaw and Cloudleaf said their good byes and headed off to join their on clan. Gingerclaw looked around to see Skullstar and another cat sitting near a pond.
"Hope their okay." she mumbled to herself as she hurried to catch up with her own clan.

Blizzard-paws had sat and quietly watched the meeting she now left quietly with the rest of her clan. Her long white tail wavering placidly behind her, she turned her blue eyes to glance around for a moment before moving onward again. She saw her leader under a tree with another feline and blinked lightly, turning her gaze back to the path ahead.

Shadowed-claws sighed as he left the meeting quietly, he held little interest in the fights of the clan leaders only in finding a solution to the recent dilemma of the ever changing strength of Lightning Clan and their ruthless leader Raging-Star. Who had obviously decided his clan would not be attending this Moon's meeting..

When Simmerclan finally reached home, Gingerclaw nearly rushed towards the warriors den, eager to fall asleep. She had stayed up nearly the whole day and was finally able to get some rest. Hopefully none of the cats that didnt go to the meeting wouldnt come up to question her of what went on. It wouldnt really be anything to talk about since it was the usual arguing over stealing food. Although, Gingerclaw began to rethink. She couldve sworn something was missing from the meeting...LightningClan. Why didnt they show up she thought to herself as she slowly began to fall asleep. She wouldnt be able to find out any time soon because she didnt have any friends in that clan any ways unless...She snooped around.. Im not a trouble maker she scolded herself, desperatly trying to push out all accusing thoughts from her mind. She needed peaceful sleep, not nightmares of what could possibly happen in the future.

Cloudleaf walked into his camp with a mouse, a pretty good size dangling from his mouth. He decided to go hunting after the meeting to collect his thoughts and sort them out, even though there wasnt many thoughts. After sharing the mouse with one of the clanmates he slumped off towards the warrior den and began to sleep.

Skullstar purred also, laying his head on his pretty friend's shoulders. "Hmmmm. Well, nothing is going to happen on my watch. Of course, if it helps shut Jadestar up... I might make an exception." he growled playfully. "Hey, how's your fighting skills Ambercloud. You were always able beat me, let's see if you still got it!" he jumped up playfully.

OOC: Hey Shaxxire, how ya feelin?

Coonstar looked around, he had just gotten back from the gathering, but one of his warriors was missing. "Does anyone know where Ambercloud is?"

Ambercloud tried to watch where Skullstar was but was still taken by surprise when he jumped at her. She grunted as he crashed into her and rolled out of the way before she could be pinned down. She lept back up and jumped at Skullstar, hoping to unbalance him.

OOC: Well, the gathering started and ended. Ambercloud and Skullstar are reuniting and stuffs. They are practice battling now, cuz they can. That's about it.

Skullstar purred. "You are making this way to easy Ambercloud." he whispered, smiling mischeiviously. Forcing all his weight onto her, taking them both down onto the ground. The ground was slanted slightly, and they both rolled down till they fell into the small pond.

OOC: Hmmmmm, here, how about Coonstar sends Windpaw to go find Ambercloud and Rabbitpaw goes to look for her dad and they meet up.
BIC:
Coonstar called Windpaw to him. "I have a mission for you!" he meowed, curling his tail around his legs. "One of our warriors is missing. Can you go look for Ambercloud please?" he asked, wiping his paw on his ears.

Rabbitpaw slipped away from Slatestorm with great care. Stalking under the cover of night, scenting for her father.

Windpaw nodded eagerly.
"Yes, sir!" He started off into the woods. After getting lost several times, and spending about an hour wandering, he finally bumped into Ambercloud.
"Ambercloud! Coonstar sent me to find you. I'm not sure why, but I came as quick as I could. " He sat down and started panting. He was out of breath from all that. He washed his paw, and noticed something odd and red in it.
"Deathberries! Good thing I noticed that!" He wiped them off, and looked back up at Ambercloud.

Windpaw felt hurt at how apathetic Ambercloud sounded.
"Well, I guess that's just the way you want it to be then." He changed his stance to a slightly agressive one.
"Do you want me to take you back, or would you rather take a nap?" He felt that she'd insulted his pride, and how DARE she?!? He then backed down some.
"No offense meant, m'lady." He was mockign her, but gently.

Skullstar nodded, dripping with the pond water. He spit out a bit of the water and coughed. "you....yeah." and then he turned to Windpaw. "Sorry..... We got a little caught up in uh... stuff." Rabbitpaw tilted her head at her flustered father.
"Dad, what's wrong?" she asked. "Everyone's wondering where you are dad." she said.
"Nothing's wrong Rabbitpaw. Um...... I gotta go. Ambercloud... uh bye...." he muttered, sweeping his tail around Rabbitpaw and walking her away. He glanced behind him, locking eyes with Ambercloud before dissappearing into Sunclan turf.

@ @ OOC: Hey fatalis, you put my character Lionpaw in simmerclan. Also, I just realized the med cat apprentice for moonclan is also Lionpaw, who plays her?

Jadestar stalked into the Moonclan camp, hissing angerly. "Who does Skullstar think he is? That foxhearted prey stealer!" Her black tail whipped from side to side in agitation as the rest of the clan prepared for sleep. "Leopardfire!"she called loudly for her deputy, who had stayed behind to guard the camp against those villainous sunclan cats.

Wanderpad, just outside the medicine cat den, rolled onto her back with her paws tucked up in an adorable pose, wriggling a little on the ground. She watched her leader absentmindedly, laughing to herself about how Jadestar appeared to be upside down. I wonder what she's so upset about? she thought dreamily.

Ravenstar sighed quietly as he prepared to sleep after the gathering. He really wished Jadestar wouldn't get so upset at meetings. He was just as sceptical about the validity of Starclan as she, but he had no interest in getting into fights with the other clans over silly squabbles. But if Moonclan went to battle, Tideclan would follow.
OOC: he believes in Starclan, he just doesn't think they should rely on a bunch of dead guys to help them.
