6/10... the hair is too dark and the eyes don't match. I suggest using the cache one with the grey color. Also, the sash at the waist just doesn't fit.

I love the colour scheme, but that's probably just because I'm a sucker for greyscale!
Anyway, my suggestion would be to lighten the hair (blondish), replace the Ugg Boots with some grey/black flats, and remove the sash (maybe try a high waisted belt instead?) c:
Also, try some different eyes perhaps. and maybe a lip wearable?
It's a great base to start working from though!

I think you did very well with the outfit, you picked similar colors it flows well. Howeverrrrr, im not a big fan of the shoes or eye choice. I would also change the hair coloring a little, making sure that the light and dark shadows compliment each other is a good thing to pay attention to.

@ - I'm not a big fan of it because there isn't a whole lot of detail put into it, though everything matches pretty well. I would suggest possibly looking into clothes that possibly have some sort of pattern? Add a background too? I'd give it about 5.5/10.

In my personal opinion, a good HA needs three things:

1. Creative and astheticly pleasing item layering
2. A good hairstyle
3. A color theme

So far, you have your color theme, but the blue eyes should probably change to go with it. Experiment with layering! See what looks cool and what colors look nice together. Dont be afraid to put a wig underneath your hairlayer (or vis versa), putting on two sets of shoes, or layering face items to create an interesting look.
