I upgraded to CS4 a while back, and with that upgrade came an annoying "grid" on pixels when zoomed in too far.

I've hunted through options and there doesn't seem to be any way of disabling it.

Does anyone know a way?

Google search didn't come up with anything. :/

Well I'm definitely no expert, but if you can provide me a link to a screen shot of what's happening, I'll see what I can do to help, since I have CS4 also. I'm not very familiar with it, but I'll see what I can do. :]

This page mentions what I think you're seeing [a pixel grid when you zoom it at 600%+] It appears as though all you have to do to disable it is go to View -> show - >pixel grid.
I hope that solution is what you were in need of! Let me know though, if not, I'll keep looking. :]
