Recently DC Universe has been made free to play! I have played and I think this game is amazing! Although, right now the shift from pay only to free has created many users so the servers are down and login is a hassle. On PS3 download is free and playing is free, if you have time and you like super heroes and villains try it out.

I downloaded it but couldn't get into the game. Not sure if the servers were too overloaded or what, I'll probably try again in a few days/weeks.

downloading took forever (seriously, like, 4 days straight) but it's worth it. i've been playing non-stop all day, hahaha. it's kinda confusing at some points, but, yeah, i love it

biggest annoyance right now is getting gang-beaten by like, 3 or 4 high level villain players at once. I was trying to complete a mission that required you to get into a building, and a group of villains who were all between level 15-30 all stood around guarding the door. might not be a big deal except me and most of the other hero players were only like, level 5-8 :/

Yeah, bullies are all around! Hero or Villain they jump you. I'm 17 on my hero, i can defend myself pretty well, except like 3 on 1 haha

I'd thought I'd bump this up, man this game is addicting! I'm a level 18 on my villain character Aunt Jemima (lol), this game isn't very hard to level up in vs. MGO.

Someone as beautiful as you doesn't deserve death.

This dude was I was with on 'The Moon' for the 5v5 throwdown was like 'Aunt jemima? -laughs- First token black guy, then michael jackson now this? So many black stereotypes' but I'm black lololol. crap I wish I named my character Token Black Guy :/

I offered him pancakes though, we cool now. I can't I'm on campus waiting for a lecture and then when I get home I need to eat and take a shower. I won't be on till much much later, and my brother plays MGO for like 6 loveing hours.

I've been playing since beta, but I've taken a few months off here and there, mostly because I get distracted by other things (like summer), or because the servers were massively crowded (like when it went free to play).

I mean to get back to it soon, don't want to let multiple lvl 30 chars go to waste by not getting their combat ratings up. I still don't have anyone who can visit Central City...
