We have all had those experiences with people that made us think "How is this person even still alive?"

I have been on the internet a long time. I thought I had seen the stupidest people it had to offer. Then I started to play a Facebook game and visited its corresponding forum.

There are people playing this game who complain when game quests require you to spend money you earn ingame .. !!! What? You're mad that a game makes you PLAY IT to advance in it? Just. wow. The entitlement. The complete lack of understanding. Astounding!

Anyone else been stunned by stupidity lately? Share your stories so we can laugh and/or cry depending on their severity.

The "Are You Serious?" Title is the title that the site gave the image XD; the actual title of the question is underneath the green text. There's no way to tell whether she was a troll or not

This may be more scary than stupid, but it's definitely both. My mom used to be a nurse, and one time she told me about a night working in the ER when some young chick brought in a baby. Apparently she had just had the child, and her family had convinced her to bring it to the hospital. The doctors were trying to convince her that she should keep the baby, and try to raise it and care for it, but her only response was, "You're just lucky I didn't throw it in the trash!" and she walked out.

I was horrified.

Yeah, daily, because I'm an animal science major and agriculture seems to be something people struggle with. I swear, agriculture should be a core subject.

Recently pictures surfaced of a Texas longhorn with it's horns turned down, allegedly owned by an alumni of my college and supposedly going to be presented at our last game with our rivals((who's mascot is the Texas longhorn)). Virtually everyone from their school went into a rage about how it was awful and blah blah blah animal cruelty, and won't listen to ANYONE who tries to tell them it's painless because they just want a reason to hate us. It's like braces, y'all. A little uncomfortable, but not cruelty and it's just cosmetic & a safety measure((keeps cows from stabbing people/animals, and some people prefer simply turning the horns to dehorning)).

Also this chick I'm friends with on facebook- the kind you keep around for entertainment, if you have one((or many)) you'll know what I mean. Anyway, posts pictures weekly of her dressed in minimal clothing, holding alcohol-as in bottles, not solo cups- and generally partyin'. And she's 18. I have no problem with partying or whatever, but that's not stuff you want future employers to see. Or really anyone respectable((some of these pictures are REAL bad)). But it gets better.
Her statuses alternate between super drunk rambling, bible verses/christian related things, and "WHY DOES NO ONE LOVE/RESPECT ME BAWWWWW". Every time she posts I just shake my head.

People are lazy, and stupid, but mostly lazy.

I found out yesterday that the US congress considers both pizza, and french fries vegetables. Which is kind of messed up because it is just so that they can have both items on school menu's.

I am part of an organization that volunteers to tutor kids online. Learntobe branches out and makes partnerships with schools in "underserved" communities -- which is awesome to kids who don't have access to as good teachers/resources -- but this one kid who I end up tutoring somewhat often...

She just makes me feel sad. She asks a question about how to analyze literature and when I tell her to not write in first or second person, she continues doing it. Like I say explicitly don't use "you, your, we, me, I... etc"
Same with the child I told to focus on multiplication tables instead of trying to find out my name and age. I don't... I just... There's so many other kids out there that I can seriously help in their education but you choose to suck up my time like that. It makes me want to not tutor anymore...

I really can't believe some people can be really stupid XD (though... after working for 6 months in a hospital and therefore seeing loads of patients every day, I should really get used to it!)

@ Probably a troll, but then again, I've watched enough Talk Shows to ponder is it isn't just someone who had a moment of stupidity. You just never know for sure...

I wasn't really trying to keep the schools a secret, it just happened like that. I didn't even notice.
I have nothing against the school or many of the people there((especially whoever placed the little memorial at bonfire's anniversary last night <3)), just the people who flew into a rage without checking facts just because we're rivals. ):
