I know there are some in the Spells Galore but I think it might be nice to add a couple. They could either be added to the Spells Galore or the Food Market.

Spells Galore:

Food Market:

I personally would like to see them done as plants like the ones from the Spells Galore rather than little jars like the ones from the Food Market.

Some possibilities:

Arnica
Stinging nettle
St. John's-wort
Lavender
Parsley
Dill
Fennel
Peppermint/Mint
Oregano
Coriander

Any thoughts?

There was an earlier suggestion about adding stuff to Spells Galore, but said:

I wouldn't mind them getting added to the food market, as that's where a lot of people do buy them that don't have access to the other venues for 'em. But I would also really like more spell scrolls indeed, like said

mmh okay well they could still add the herbs and spices to the Food Market though! xD Or maybe really add a couple of new scrolls.

I was also thinking about the possibility of connecting this to the garden. So rather than putting the items just in the food shop there could be different herb seeds added to the Seedlings shop. Maybe in pretty little packages like you can buy at the supermarket. Then you can grow them into plants that can then be used as food items.

I like this quite a bit. @ I can understand that. But even if more scrolls were not made, I shop at Spells Galore for TC items. I doubt I'm the only pagan here who would love to see more spell crafty items.

That would be awesome for TCs that have to do with gardening. I never really noticed we don't have any packages of seeds, seems kind of strange to buy stuff like

Yes I think that idea would kill multiple birds with one stone you'd have the TC gardening angle and the TC Pagan/Witch and TC Food angel. I think it works well for items like

but for the more "normal" or RL things seed packages make more sense. xD

I would love these, for purely selfish reasons so I can stuff Wiccan's TC full of them XD Link to a herbal witchcraft reference page

I would die for some Patchouli, Sandalwood (I know we have incense, but I want the pure unadulterated stuff like I use to make my own incense), Dragon's blood (resin from that tree) and well pretty much everything.

This site shows the herbs dried and cut, if the artists went the dried rather than fresh route

Oh man, I would loooove it if there were some added to the gardens. And I'm all for incense components too

It's slightly off-topic, but I'd still really ride for having more scrolls to make with the components, really because I just love making things. I love the concept of the gardens, the labs, all of those. I was so excited when the cooking jars came out. So many awesome ideas, so few resources :<

I seriously need some non-magical herbs for Naked Snake's TC, he needs medicine, so I'm all for this =P
I really like the idea of getting the seeds then growing the plants our selves.

I'm for this.. and I really like the whole idea of being able to buy the seed packets and growing the plants ourselves.

I'm pretty sure that just about everything (not just some) in Spells Galore has been considered medicine by somebody.

Arnica and Oregano are not all that interesting looking, so to make a 64x64 not so rewarding. For these, IMO they could be in a pretty jar like the other ground spices.

Patchouli and Stinging Nettle look almost the same to me, or could do if drawn. Dill and Fennel look much the same, so again the artists could just pick one of them. Coriander looks like cilantro: same thing, different word?

Yes please. I need more obvious medicinal things for Jereak's TC. Plus having more medicinal herbs would be cool.

I also like the idea of growing the plants. That would neatly solve the problem of where to put them.
