 boop. I took up the aquatic life idea and drew a kind of realistic/vintage-y octopus. The "A" is in the tentacles. "A" Here's one with an A on the side as a possibility if you wanted more than just the A in the tentacles. Last Edit by:

 @Carcass -pops in randomly and looks around- Ffshdgldhg I looked at ideas of what you had for the tattoo and I had an epiphany xD So I'll probably be sending something in. The idea i have though is kinda different from all of the others ones that have been submitted though xD. I'll be posting it soon if that's fine with you -linearting it now- Edit: Finished :'D  (click for larger image) I thought of the snake sort of like protecting the locket (aka your heart, sappy I know). The A at the top sort of blends in with the rest of the image because the snake's power is also a part of you. I wanted to make it seem unified if you get what I mean. Mushrooms are cool and I thought it would make the image more interesting. I avoided roses and such despite it being what you wanted, and instead opted for the more different ideas you suggested simply because I feel roses are overused and seem to be everywhere on skin. Since this tattoo is so special I feel like it should be even more unique, hence I tried my best to avoid other cliche stuff. I reserve the right to use this tattoo for my own personal use if it is not used. If you like want I'm going for, I can also His Tattoo, going with a octupus winding around a key holding the letter V or something along those lines. Last Edit by:

@Carcass Hey, I surely can't beat oolong  and I also don't know if this is still open, but I'll just submit two designs. Who knows, maybe you'll just be happy about it anyway  For fun's sake!Your (or her) tattoo is relatively simple, but look closely: there's an A as well as the Capricorn symbol in it, AND it is a snake. The little heart could also be filled with purple or whatever - or you could make that plain snake into a real-looking, textured one (like oolong's, for example). I must admit, I like it simple, so I even like it as it is, but this is your tattoo. However, this is just an idea that you're free to develop and expand. Look here. His tattoo is constructed around the Libra symbol, but it is a mushroom. Wheee, mushrooms The V is under it because I just couldn't include it in the design, but I think it looks very elegant down there, gives nice symmetry. Clearly you're free to alter this design, too, if you want to use it. Look here.------ @Carcass Ah, I thought you had forgotten this contest and it turns out you have  (what kind of silly crap am I saying right now) No, sorry if you were stressed, I hope you're alright!I just wanted to ask you if you'd like to give a little bit of feedback - you want that tattoo on your skin forever, after all. If you see something you're interested in (I'm not asking only for me, but for every artist on this board), you could maybe tell people about what you'd want to be changed so we can make the sketches the most appealing and fitting possible for you. Edit: So, I was going to change the whole base of this contest, but I then realized how many people had entered, so I'm not. HOWEVER, because my financial situation has completely changed, I am going to drop the first prize down to 1000 credits and second place will be the 500. Hope everyone is okay with that. The past year has been super hard for me and circumstances and situations have changed drastically. I'm not as interested in this tattoo as I was before, but I am going to hold another contest for another tattoo. I don't think the prizes will be as high, but I don't have much of a choice right now.  I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. Hope everyone's not too mad!!!
