Q: THIS IS SO CONFUSING, WHO SHOULD I PING FOR THINGS?
A: Both me and Kel are responsible for different items. Check the first posts to see under which post the item is, and look at the creator of that post. This means that I'll be responble for all Background/foreground and Fashion items, while Kel is responsible for Costumes and Wigs.

Q: Can I be pinged ONLY about wearables?
A: Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment, for Kelzca doesn't want to keep two separated ping groups. But don't worry, you're not going to be flooded with pings
(Not to mention her "average" art is awesome as well u_u *is a fan*)

Q: Why did you pick such a strange name for your shop?
A: But it's such a cute name! u_u
Eh, the truth is that Kelzca (Kel) loves cows and often uses a little cow chibi to represent herself xD The name was a random joke I made a bit before this feature was implemented, and she happened to like it!

Q: BUT WHY COWS THEY ARE SO FAT OMG!
A: COWS AREN'T FAT, THEY ARE SQUISHY! And they can run. I bet you didn't know they could run

Q: If you're not an artist, who are you and why are you here?
A: I'm Kel's friend and I'm here to try and help her out on the shop ;D Currently she's having more free time than I do, but I'll try my best~
We don't live in the same city, but we are in the same time zone, which is +3 hours from Subeta time.

Q: Are you aware that the price currently charged for a custom wearable is 600 csc? WHY are you charging 500 csc, are you staff or just trying to be nice so Sant*cough* Melody comes visit you in Lumineve?
A: I KNOW RIGHT Dx
No, she's not staff! I actually told her a few times to charge 600 csc per item, so she could get one for herself, but she keeps denying. I believe it's a hopeless situation now

But, in fact, there are a few reasons why I believe she doesn't plan on charging 600 csc:
- In our place, getting a hold of csc is really hard, and sometimes we have to wait for AGES to get a bit of csc that we'll burn in one moment :c By not charging these extra 100 csc, she's actually giving people the chance of buying other cash things and offering tips in tokens, sps, items, maybe even art or whatever else o_o;
- For some weird reason, she doesn't seem to want every item she makes, or at least not in every color she makes; (I know, this is not a real reason, but oh well!)
- Third and most important, KvC is NOT AN ENTIRE EXCLUSIVE SHOP. I'm sorry if this will disappoint any of you, but Kelzca really wants her items to be available to everyone willing to pay and wait for her clothing - she doesn't want to be exclusive, she wants to spread beauty around Subeta ;D And this might be why she doesn't feel right about asking such high of a commission per item.

Please keep in mind that the 500 csc that you're offering on the trades refer to the price Subeta currently charges for the item to be delivered. If you would like to show any appreciation for Kel's awesome art, you're more than welcomed to send her a tip, any tip ;D

A: Sorry, but everyone is free to order the item, and as long as the batches close up and everyone pays, they'll have the item.
Not everyone will have it, because you should agree with me that nobody finds csc cards on the floor - 500 csc is already a steep enough price so people must choose what they like best, they shouldn't be having to go insane about stalking a board for a tiny chance of grabbing it

Q: BUT THEN I CAN'T INVEST ON THESE ITEMS ASJAKSKJHAS. Don't you mind that I might not buy them and you're gonna lose like, LOTS of cash?
A: Maybe eventually some wearables will retire, just like Subeta ones, but in no means they are meant to be an investment. They're meant to be beautiful, spread some happiness and awesome style, and help support Subeta, which Kelzca loves so much.
(As much as I think there's a bit too many cash items already, I repeat, people shouldn't have to fret over stalking some pixels for prettiness.)

If you wanna invest, feel free to check the other Custom Wearable boards, there are plenty of awesome artists working this way.
Or go buy some battledome weapons. But I'd probably still want to check the other artists' boards, because y'know, there's a BD revamp coming up someday.

Q: Will every custom cost 500 csc?
A: Unless otherwise stated, yes

Q: Aw, I loved this item so much, and I couldn't be online when it was released. Is there any chance I'll be able to snag one sometime?
A: Of course! Items won't retire so soon, so, all you have to do is ask for a slot and wait until the batch fills up -- but please keep in mind that this might take some time, as the release frequency tends to slow down once most people got what they wanted :/

Q: HELP! My item is not for sale anymore, WHAT DO I DO? It isn't my fault that nobody else wanted it, does this mean I'll never get it?
A: Don't worry! Unfortunately, some slow going items aren't always available for slot claiming, but this doesnt mean they won't ever be reissued (: The releases for those will just be more spaced through the year, so post here and let Kelzca know of your interest and we'll do our best!

Q: I don't have csc now, can I still request a slot? I CANT MISS THIS AWESOMENESS!
A: You're free to claim a slot, but please keep in mind that we don't want to delay the item submission and, as Kelzca doesn't require tips, she can't cover up for any missing payments.
If you don't have the csc now, but will have in a couple days, we're totally willing to wait, but if it's going to take longer than that, maybe you should ask to be put in a waiting line, just so we remember you want to buy that item ;D Never forget batches will always be open!

Q: Can I claim more than one slot?
A: Course you can, just be sure to have the CSC, so it won't take long to craft the item. And remember that the items will be issued several times, so nobody is going to miss it ;D

Q: The costume items are looking too similar to the original items, what if it gets rejected?
A: Kelzca compromises to do every and any changes possible so it gets accepted, and, in the event it definetely can't get in, you'll get a 100% refund. In case you do not wish to wait for the changes to be made, you can also request withdrawal and your consequent 100% refund. This should include any tip paid.

In addition, you are NOT obliged to buy all the pieces of a set, and, as such, you can also withdrawal your request for only certain items if it meets the above criteria.

Q: This item would be so perfect, IF ONLY IT WERE IRIDESCENT PINK!!
A: This isn't even a question o_O But I get what you mean -- everyone is more than welcomed to suggest recolors and/or minor changes. If it is possible to do and/or Kelzca thinks it's going to improve the art, it will happen ;D

Q: Can I see this item on my current HA base?
A: Yes, of course! Just post your base and Kelzca will do her best xD Zombies are loved, but remember some items/colors don't really show up/contrast on those bases

A: You can, worry not, we luv' you ;D

A: Right now, she's on a hiatus of commissioning so she can take care of her own shop.

It's maroon, has a thread with the red color, this was a recolor suggested by , so I'l delivering this first - as the red one might have copyright issues D;
I had a darker color but it was too close to the maroon so I gave it up.
Now I have a white and a pink version, but I'm not very confident with them just yet.

Ah now it all makes sense, lol. And if I could only decide on a color I'd go ahead and jump on a list for one of these. xD I would LOVE to see a pearly/opalescent version of this--it'd be perfect for one of my characters.

D8 If there is, I'm afraid I'm going to have to pull out for this maroon one, and go for the red one, sorry. ;~; I wish I had enough CSC atm to buy all of the wigs, but alas, I don't. /creys
