#n_a: since we are talking about HAs, can anyone give some insight as to why I can't manage to change my hair style? I'm not sure if I'm missing a step or if there is a glitch or if it's because I'm a zombie. This is what I've been trying to do:
1) Go to wardrobe 2) Click on Avatar Editor 3) In the basic traits section I changed hair and hair color. 4) Then I click "Save & Use" I have also tried saving it in a slot & then loading that slot. No worky. Ideas of what is going on here? |

 @tenthz I had that same problem! Did you recolor your hair? You'll have to go to the Hair Salon and tell him to take you back to normal before you can change your hairstyle. Phoenix

@Katharos - AHA!!!! That's it! I didn't even remember using the salon (I've had the same hair since I started on the site, I think). Thank you for saving me from embarrassment on the Help forum. :-)

That would be nice! I have to go to bed soon (almost 2a.m. here in Korea), but I can do some more in the morning. Good luck with your flower collecting, everybody! I'm thinking I might clean the flowers out of my gallery for coins, and then buy them back after the event is over. Why not?!

Okay, had to buy the May collection background! So me...ha ha! I have no self control when it comes to these things I guess. Not so sure I am still in love with this zapper skin though after curing my pink zombie skin.

@Moll Yeah, you can throw snowballs at people. There are achievements (up to 1000 throws, I think  ), but other than that I don't think you get any sort of prizes.some say love is nothing more Art by the Naughty Snow Fairy. ♥ looking to buy a:

One tip I learned from last year: the regular snowballs are not throw-able (those are the ones I hoarded all year). The ones you can throw are the more expensive, unique ones (which I did not hoard, heh).

Probably, but I don't know where. The ones that just say "snowball" don't qualify, but all of the ones I'm seeing at the Avalanche Emporium (http://subeta.net/shop.php?shopid=35) are all throwable. If you stock up now, you'll make a heft profit, too, off any that you sell!

Thanks for the info! I'll definitely stock up on some then. Maybe I can kill two birds with one stone come December by getting a few achievements and potentially making a profit.

I am still getting used to it because I saw it right after it was out and it had a ton of bugs. The layout is nice, and I appreciate how it turns the ones you have green - they were all just brown at first. I am kind of confused though because the achievements appearing on my profile are all random, instead of the ones I most recently achieved.

 @tenthz Part of me likes how easy it is to see the tiers, but part of me hates changing from something I was used to.  Still, it has inspired me to knock out some of the quest achievements I was close to completing!Phoenix

@GuineaBunny - oh, yeah. The ones on my profile are kinda in order, except the first one is old. Wonder what is going on there.... I wish that they would reorganize some of the achievements while they are changing things. The sticker achievements seem like they are all in different categories. @Katharos - Change is never easy! I'm sure we'll get used to it eventually, though. (just in time for them to change it again, probably!) Knocking out more achievements is good, though. Last Edit by:

@tenthz As I'm fairly new to Subeta, the redesign isn't too jarring for me, and I really like that you can see all the tiers, see where there are prizes, what those prizes are, and so on. From what some of you folks have said it looks like there are still some bugs to stomp, but once everything is working, I think I'm going to like the new page a lot.

#n_a Are there only 4 achievements for stocks: upwards motion, stock of value, stock starter, and diverse portfolio? I just achieved the final tier in stock of value and want to get rid of these things if there is nothing else I need to do with them.

I don't like change either. I've tried going to my achievements page a few times in the last week, but then trying to navigate through the new layout I found all but impossible, so I gave up. Maybe that's when there was bugs. I'll give it another chance. But, for instance, when I click on "So-and-so has gained this achievement!" it take me to *MY* achievement page, not theirs. That's definitely annoying.

@Soleta Yes, exactly! Seeing my friends' achievements is a really important feature to me because every time one of y'all gets an achievement I haven't heard of yet, I look it up to see if it's something I can get easily (and a lot of times it is! I have soo many achievements to go through still). Of course, I'm sure that particular glitch will be fixed soon, but in the meantime it's frustrating. @GuineaBunny I think so?
