"GLAMOUR has my vote," was the whispered response in my ear.

I gave the banished member a hopeful smile and made my way back to our meeting room. My heart beat faster with every step. Could the deciding vote be one that would banish our last Special, or would another innocent Pretty be banished?

As I walked in, I yawned and scanned the room to make sure everyone was accounted for. All of the faces stared back at me, clearly wondering the same thing as I.

"GLAMOUR, you have been voted for."

I sat rigid in my chair, crossing my fingers and hoping with all my heart that she was our last Special. She stood up slowly, with a delayed reaction, but a sad expression painted her face.

"I'm sorry, but I'm just a Pretty."

I let a sigh of frustration out. My chair scraped across the floor as I pushed it aside and stood. I began to lead her out of the room, to the room where we were holding everyone. As we were walking, my arm was grabbed tightly and jammed behind my back. I groaned in pain and looked for my attacker.

"GLAMOUR!"

"I fooled you, didn't I?" She snickered. "You will see your demise quicker than I wanted, but you will still see it anyways."

I winced in pain, but managed a small, hopefully brave smile. "I'm not too sure about that."

She pushed me forward, leading me down a separate hallway than we had previously been walking on. I smirked.

"What, guilty conscious?"

"No, I don't want any witnesses."

My breath caught in my throat for a few seconds. I felt myself being pushed forward again. In order to prevent falling forward, I began to walk myself as we traveled towards a staircase. We were going to the highest floor. But why?

I took a deep breath, wondering what I could do to divert her attention from bringing me to my supposed demise. I could talk, but that hadn't worked before. My nose picked up an unfamiliar scent. An idea popped into my mind, but would it work?

I pretended to sneeze, bending over at the waist. The tension from my shifted weight caused her to shift her weight to the other foot. I tried to seize the opportunity. As I rolled forward, I fell to the ground. My legs and arms worked together as I pulled myself into a crawling position. Before I could get far, a hand grasped my ankle. I kicked with all my might, but to no avail. I was trapped.

"Let's try this again, shall we?"

After I was in her tight grasp, we were to our destination: the balcony. She pushed my head over the side, forcing me to look at the long way to the floor where several people were gathered.

"Now your ridiculous efforts to overthrow us will be over. Once you are gone, I will have control over the others."

I laughed. "You really think so, don't you?"

Glamour's face contorted into a look of anger. She loosened her fingers. I twisted her arm quickly behind her back, leaning all my weight into the action.

"See, what did I tell you?"

She growled in fury, slamming her back against my chest. I lost my breath in pain. She whipped around and grabbed a hold of my waist and legs, trying desperately to throw me off the balcony.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you," someone yelled.

The Special turned and held their hands up quickly. One of the members of our group held a gun in front of them. I swallowed hard, easing myself away from Glamour towards the last of our group who were watching with anticipation.

"What prompted you to come?"

"Well," one of them piped up. "One of us got impatient after you left and through process of elimination, we decided that Glamour really was the last Special remaining. That's when we decided you were in trouble and we had to come to your rescue."

I smiled. "Good job. You have all done well! Now we really will triumph."

They cheered.

"It is going to be a long journey, but we have made good progress. All thanks to you!"

Game over! The Pretties have won!

WHOOT! YOU GO GUYS! YAYYY!
Sorry for the long wait. Subeta WOULD have to have all these problems now.

Okay, as to the next round, I KNOW someone wanted to host it. My stupid mind isn't working and I can't remember who I promised to host the next round. It's one of you, though. But who is it?

But Hunger Games? I don't think there's enough people here who are familiar with it to make it not-confusing. I mean, yeah, there's probably a way to do it, but I'm pretty sure Thyne isn't familiar with it, either. Someone else who knows the series would have to take over if we really do it.

That being said, I'm still thinking Ghostbusters. I've got a Bio exam coming up on Thursday, but I don't see why I couldn't host it if it's not claimed already. I'm on every day anyway so it would give me an excuse to be on as often as I am. lol
And I've got Spring Break coming up next week so it's perfect timing. c:

Hey guys, don't down the Hunger Games idea. No, I have not read it, but I am planning to. And I'm far more familiar with its plot than I was with the Ugly plot.

I'm pretty sure I remember that for this last round, the Ugly series was only familiar to a few of the selected group members and I was not familiar with it AT ALL. Hunger Games would still work very well.
But that doesn't mean I'm not considering the other options.

I still need to find out who wanted to host this next round, though, and if they still want to do it...

Barring more RL issues, I'd definitely try my best to be active in a Hunger Games themed round! It could be a Quarter Quell with mutts slipped in amongst the tributes (or just the usual Careers)! :3

This was a great round, though. I'm sorry I didn't get to be more active... :c

Ghostbusters and Phantom are very tempting, too... almost as much so as the thought of doing a round involving not blinking and not turning around and wait did your HA just move? Oookay, time for Kitsu to get away from the computer...

Wow guys. Sorry I haven't been here in...forever. xD Basically, I kind of locked myself away for awhile while we went through some tough stuff. But now I'm back and ready to get this next round all planned out!
SO...with that out of the way:
I actually did search through the other rounds and we did have a previous Hunger Games round. So, in order to be fair, I'm going to go with our next round being Sherlock Holmes themed! WHOOT! I hope I can have it out this week, but if not, most definitely next week. I'm going to be sibling-free next week and will have a lot of time on my hands.

If you guys have any ideas for plots/roles, shoot me a comment/smail.
