I know there's a topic someplace with a list of Subeta-friendly photo hosting sites someplace and I really need directed that but I have a unique set of problems:

Someone's out to max my bandwidth.

I don't know what's going on since I've never had the issue before but the past two times I've tried hosting photos through Photobucket, the bandwidth gets exceeded overnight. (How do you even refresh 10GB overnight??) I had five pictures on rotation and even then, I'd rarely hit the max bandwidth for Photobucket in a month. ImageShack wants people to be premium users to host gifs so that automatically rules that out for good since I can't justify that expense right now.

So what I need is something that can handle that unknown person who's madly refreshing to nom up my bandwidth and still let me have gifs and such in my forumtext here.

TL;DR: Someone's trying to max out my Photobuckets constantly, which is breaking a ton of my images. I need a place I can host said pictures that isn't Photobucket, ImageShack or TinyPic.

Help?

@ - I use Fotki.
They allow public and private folders, hotlinking to images and gifs. You can have a free account or a paid account - they recently had a 50% sale and I got my paid account for £12 for the year. You start of with a limit of 3000MB but once a month you can add an extra 200MB to the account for free.
