I'm at work, so dinner is never healthy when I'm here.

Tonight it's a personal size DiGiorno cheese pizza, a can of half and half iced tea/tropical, and two chocolate donuts, eaten sitting right here at my desk. Mmmm, junk food.

For lunch I had a fish sandwich, fries, and pepsi.

Not my healthiest day. XD

Mmm...I love Applebee's. Are yours the mashed potatoes made with redskins? Those are so good. I love their boneless asian wings best though.

Me too. Yes, they are C: I don't think I've ever had their wings before. I love their ribs though.

Coconut curry chicken. It sounds a lot more exotic than it is lmao.

Just coconut milk, frozen veggies, and chicken breasts in the crock pot. Then you add whatever spices (I add cumin/ginger/hot madras curry powder/garlic/salt/pepper/sesame oil) and crank it up for a few hours. Then before we eat imma make some rice.

Today was super-healthy night with me and my boyfriend lol. As usual. We had chicken breasts pan-seared with some italian spices and spicy adobo. It came out a little salty-tasting but overall it was really good and flavorful. Then on the side we had boiled carrots, green beans, and corn. I was still a little hungry so I just had an almond and flax seed protein bar after we ate.

... I know that probably sounds enormously unappetizing but I'm trying hard to stick to my diet plans lol ;3;

My fiance took me out as our belated Valentines Day date, since we were crazy busy all week. He took me out to our favorite Indian restaurant. It's the best restaurant ever, and their hospitality alone is incredible. They probably don't make much, but DAMN they are nice to loyal customers. When we went for our 5th year dating anniversary, they gave us complimentary glasses of chardonnay AND a free dessert. They didn't need to, but they are so nice. Oh man. They know us now. I think they gave us double order on our garlic naan basket tonight. Usually it's 4 pieces of naan. They gave us eight. c:
I had chicken and mushroom dansac. I forgot what he ordered but it looked super spicy. Plus he had a beer. Lol

I usually get shrimp kourma (probably butchered the spelling, but it's a sweet cream sauce with a coconut flavor) over there.

Peace. Love. Avenged Sevenfold.

I just had dinner. Baked chicken with BBQ sauce glaze and stuffing, mashed potatoes and steamed carrots. It was super tasty.

I didn't have dinner. I had a late lunch that was really big. A specialty burger from this local brew house, fries, and a sprite. Creme Brulee for dessert. I miss my Creme Brulee. It was divine.

I had salmon with broccoli and cheese.
I also had a diet tangerine lime Hansen drink.
And then I helped myself to some soy milk with barley grass thereafter.

I had Subway last night. ): It was late, I had the flu, so I just grabbed that.

Though I made Bourbon chicken with chicken fried rice the night before. Still have some left over ingredients, so I will probably make chicken fried rice again this week.

I was sick and fell asleep on the couch last night, so my 6 year old cut up 2 apples, slopped on some pb, and split a pack of poptarts and a string cheese with her sister.

Tonight- homeade chicken pot pie. yum.

i think my mom's doing crusted pork chops and a veggie of some kind. probably green beans since we have some left over from last night still. but i'll end up having grilled chicky because it's the only meat i like, and whatever veggies she decides on. maybe i'll make a fruit salad or something.

It has three words, but the poet has scratched them out.

Haha, I'm answering my own post because I'm awesome like that. (Aka: I'm at work and bored again.)

Tonight I'm having chicken and cheese taquitos dipped in ranch dressing, cheddar sun chips, a bottle of mango mandarin Sobe coconut life water, and a cup of applesauce. Healthy...ish? Maybe?
