I'm still having problems with the wardrobe, mine has not work at all for weeks or so.
I've tried to unchecked cookie but still won't work.

Anyone else hasnt been able to access wardrobe at all in weeks ?

You logged out, unchecked safe login, and logged back in? Did you try clearing your cache of temp files and deleting the cookies on your computer?

Mine stopped working early yesterday and no matter what i do ( delete cookies etc, log out etc ) nothing works

I also tried all of the "fixes" listed in the other threads, it still hasn't work for weeks for me either. :C

I have tried doing the cookie things too but I can not access my wardrobe either! It makes me so angry.

Mine does not work in IE or Firefox......just never ending loading. I have cleaned everything including Malawarebytes, CC cleaner,disk clean up, totally purged all saved Subeta files. I'm guessing its not on my end of things. Mine has not worked since the first downtime. And yes I have clicked, unclicked cookies.

I also have this kind of problem for weeks.
I already have logged out, unchecked safe login, deleted cookies, etc... And nothig happens ;___;
At least, the previews work again.

Yeah, same here.
It works on my friends modem/laptop, but not on my home setup, which is just infuriating.

For firefox users, have you tried updating firefox? That's how my friend fixed hers... she had the wardrobe not loading problem though

Okay so I have found two things:
One, switching to Chrome helped for the time being, two, when the wardrobe logs me out, I uncheck the secure cookies which seems to be ticked for some reason, I then click wardrobe again and voila... it works.

Mine's STILL not working. I've unchecked the cookies option, ran CCleaner, and updated Firefox.

Edit: Nevermind! I tried updating Firefox a second time and my wardrobe works now.

unchecked the box, tried firefox and explorer ... no avail..... however, if it's due to not updating firefox, then I'll be hooped for a tad longer as I use a library computer.

Okay, I have issues, I updated Firefox but it won't run on my old computer ( uses all the CPU) so had to go back to my older version. I do hope there is a way to fix it so all browsers and versions can use their wardrobe ( like before the instability of Subeta) I don't know what is being worked on at the moment as I seem to be nekid now even though I cannot access the wardrobe*never mind its back to what it was before*. ( never ending loading). I do so want to participate in Masquerade but won't be able to without being able to put on a mask.

Is this being worked on site wide? Is it only me now? Do I need to make a ticket? Are there any computer geeks out there that can help a non computer literate grandma?

I posted on another thread as well but haven't seen a response from staff. Wardrobe hasn't worked for me since the site went down after the attack. I didn't have any issues prior to that event.

I can go into wardrobe and access all the features except clothing. Basically, I can look, but I can't actually change my HA's clothes or load a saved outfit.

I've emptied my cache, dumped cookies, etc. I cannot upgrade my browser or use Chrome because I have an older computer and the OS won't support them.

If this issue isn't fixed before Masquerade, Subeta staff is going to get flooded with tickets from people who can't participate because they can't put on a mask.

Mine is still not working too.
I can access the 'wardrobe' section, but I cannot access the 'clothes' section of my wardrobe.
It's just loading and loading and loading....and nothing happens (except the loading...).

That really sucks....

yeah, for weeks i haven't been able to change
my HA. and there was that one incident that,
cloths that i didn't have, or not in my wardroble
were appering on my HA when i refresh, it made it
different. but now- it's just that loading problem,
i can't do any of that updating because i have an
old computer, that doesn't belong to me, so i
can't change browser to firefox.

just as lotas said, people will get mad because they
won't be able to but on a mask and do the plot. i
know i will, but i've been mad about this thing for
weeks. i hope it gets fixed. or looked at for people
that have old computers.

I'm having the same problem with my wardrobe as well. It wont load at all and hasn't been for a while now. I REALLY want to change my outfit lol.

I updated my daughter's firefox to the latest version and updated her java at the same time (not sure if the java has anything to do it), and hers finally started working again too, so I really think it's a browser issue for those of you not working still.

I have updated BOTH my firefox and java, cleared all cookies...still not working on either FF or IE, @Tsalea. I'm not sure who's fault it is, it could very well be mine, but it's been going on for weeks now.

i had a what if moment and updated to firefox 11 from 3.6, still getting used to the changes they made x.x, and i can access my wardrobe now, however the preview box covers up my layers box, for the most part. so it was a problem with the browser for me apparently, but now i'm wondering what's causing me to play blind layer bluff with the preview box. anyone know a way to fix it? oh and with it obviously covering that up, i can't access some of the specific layers like what's before ears, ground, and neck in the list, some item pages, amount of items per page, etc.
