@NUT Heres what I need from you: 1. I dunno what you like, but I've been extremely obsessed with Florence & the Machine lately. Also totally rocking out to old school Huey Lewis and the News if you like 80's music 2. Read The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. It's my "must read" book that I recommend to everybody who wants to read something new this year. 3. I'm doing weight-watchers, and you can google a TON of healthy recipes. They make super great low-cal desserts too. My favorite recipe of their's so far is for Chicken Marsala. (which is normally ridiculously unhealthy, but they make it work) (bonus) 4. I don't have a funny story or joke, per se, but I did walk around work on St. Patrick's Day with a green gummy bear stuck to my forehead so people would stop pinching me.  @NUTEisbrecher's a good band. They're German, though. idk what you listen to, but Ohne Dich is a good song by them. Their style is all over the place, so something like Fanatica is totally different than Ohne Dich. /end ramble Good book...The Keys to the Kingdom series by Garth Nix is good. Really easy and quick reads, but entertaining. Also the Abhorsen series by him. I can't cook. :c So I can't help on that one. My mum used to make a yummy spiced baked chicken, but I totally forgot how she did it or what it was called.

I'd like to start reading more. -- omgosh, seriously, i just read the Hunger Games in a day, i couldnt put it down, i didnt think i would like it because of the political stuff, but it was really, really good, or if you've read it one of my other favorites is miss peregrine's home for peculiar children, that one was really good as well 3. Name a healthy recipe you like to cook or want to try! I really want to get in to shape, especially because its summer now -looks down at my belly- hahaha, your funny, just remember, portion size is most important, dont deny yourself food just eat less of it (bonus) 4. @NUT My mom and I are doing it. 40 bucks a month is a tad expensive, so we're cheating. She's buying the whole program, and I'm piggy-backing on her stuff. I just canceled my contract and bought a scale, lulz. Plus, I hate going to those meetings. I'm the youngest person there by (easily) 30 years, and the meetings are SUUUUUPER boring.
I'll be sure to stalk your thread, more for the book recommendations than anything else. I'm an avid reader, so I always like to find new stuff that I haven't checked out yet

 @NUT I love giving book recommendations, especially since I read this awesome book last summer. Unwind by Neal Schusterman. It's so good. I promise you that you won't be able to stop thinking about it after you finish. Another great book is Ender's Game if you haven't already read it. It's not exactly a new book but it's still fantastic. (And they're making a movie!) As for music, I see you've already discovered 1D.  I also love Ed Sheeran (check out The A Team). A recent artist is Carly Rae Jepsen. I'm glad Call Me Maybe is doing well but Bucket is a great song as well. 3. No healthy recipe but I mainly snack on fruit when I'm hungry and I think that helps. I hope you enjoy your summer! It just snowed here today, and is still snowing actually.

 1. I've recently fallen in love with Gotye, Awolnation, and The Bravery, but Ellie Goulding is probably up there too. (Also, second'd Florence + The Machine. She is a goddess.) 2. I just started Sherrilyn Kenyon's Chronicles of Nick series, which starts with Infinity, and it's really good so far! Also, Across The Universe by Beth Revis, and Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett are excellent reads. 3. I lost a lot of weight by cutting down carbs and eating smaller meals more often. Soups and pastas are bad, along with most breakfast foods (cereal is your enemy unless you eat healthy kinds). Rice with grilled tilapia and green beans is really good, and (chicken, sometimes I do just cheese) quesadillas with a sour cream/guacamole dip is pretty excellent and tasty! Hispanic food is probably the way to go in general, if you portion it right. 4. My 18 year old brother danced like a ballerina on Friday while we were watching TV. No explanation, just got up and danced. {who, who are you really?}

 1. If you're into electronic music, try listening to Lights. I really haven't listened to her previous music but I do like her Siberia album. 2. Not an avid reader but I do read a few books, what books are you into? Currently, I'm trying to finish the 3rd book in the A Song of Ice and Fire series. 3. Ahaha I don't really cook so I can't give you one. If any, it's only maybe a veggie salad which is pretty easy (you just toss whatever veggie you fave) (bonus) 4. I'll think of something witty some time later :3

1. I force this on everyone, but I love love The Temper Trap. This is perhaps their most well-known song, but I also really like this. I also really like Foster the People, The Hush Sound, Florence + the Machine, Matt & Kim, Stars, and Two Door Cinema Club. 2. Name a good book. I'd like to start reading more. The Book Thief (Markus Zusak) makes me bawl every time I reach the end ;___; There's also Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close (Jonathan Safran Foer) if you're looking for something less conventional and Kitchen by Banana Yoshimoto for a shorter read. 3. I don't cook much, but I make sure to eat a bunch of fruit (: And drink lots of water. 4. Not really a joke or story, but I thought this video was pretty much the most adorable thing I've ever seen. Kind of counts? ALSO: "So take your drama to your mama." 1. I wish i knew what kind of music you liked XD i really like evanescence and kelly clarkson, and paramore 2. Oohh, books. i love Dan brown's books, all of them, especially his Da Vinci Code/Angels and Demons series. The help was also amazing, but im probably naming books you have already read. You should read Unwind - its amazing! 3. Healthy recipe? umm, im chinese and i dont mean to stereotype but we dont really have "recipes", its just throw stuff in a pot and cook XD what you COULD try is: slice up asparagus diagonally into thin slices, then saute it plain with a bit of oil and salt. when they are almost ready, add garlic pieces. When serving, add a few dried cranberries. I really like those ! 4. I dunno if this counts as a funny story, but it was funny at the time. One day, i was hugging my friend because i am a hugger, However, she doesn't really like hugs. She shouted that it was too sexual for her, and i bursted out laughing saying what is she going to do when she gets a bf? no hugging, nothing like that, so it will be interesting to see what happens... 1. umm..personally my favorite band is Gorillaz, they have a wide range of music styles that everyone enjoys XD *my favorite song from them is called armadillo because of the hidden message that is exposed to his true feelings upon the world, and his voice that carrys XD* that song makes me cry everytime, but not because its sad, but the beauty of what he says can put so much passion and soul into it baffles me <3 2. for books..i recommend Ferinheight 451. this book was written in the 1950s and has shocked me till this very day how spot on Ray Bradbury (the author) he was when predicting the future about people not reading *thats all i could say cos i dont want to spoil it XD* 3. hhhmmm.. healthy recipes? well..lentil soup is pretty healthy, all you have to do is put water on the stove, grind the lentals and add pomegranate syrup for the tangy flavor  4. Jokes..OHH!! funny one XD~ What do you call a deer with no eyes? ................. eye have no idear! XD *up north instead of saying idea they say ider XD*

 At the moment I only have a book suggestion, lol. It's called The Linnet Bird by Linda Holeman. The story follows the life of girl as she struggles through poverty and becomes a woman. Although it isn't for everyone, I think you should give it a try c: But just to warn you, there are very mature themes (such as prostitution).

 oh this is fun! :] 1.) Well i just found this band called Fun on 8Tracks the other day. Look up the song Some Nights. I've been listening to it non-stop for the past three days! i don't know what it is about the song or the band, but i'm addicted. the music is very much like an eighties styled band. people have even commented that they're like Queen, but i don't really think they are. xD anyway, check them out. they're pretty good. :] 2.) Books, oh man! i've got a whole bunch of choices. you should read Brain Jack by Brian Falkner. it's about this world where Las Vegas was blown up in a nuclear explosion and there's all this computer stuff going on. they have these headsets that link you to the computer and they're starting to destroy people's brains. this guy named Sam and a couple of his friends have to stop it. :] it's really interesting. you could read any books by Sarah Dessen. They're young adult romance novels that are very similar to high school romances. they're good reads, but if you don't like romance than i'd suggest not reading them because that's what most of them are based around. :] umm...the Maze Runner by James Dashner! it's a dystopian society where these boys are placed in a maze with these killer creatures and they're trying to find a way out when a girl joins their group. everything turns for the worst when she arrives. it's a really good series and the writing is excellent. the story is based around the kids' survival and the entire time you're rooting for them to live. that's all i've got so far, but if you need more just let me know. i've got over a hundred books in my bookshelf. :] 3.) I'm not big into cooking, but there is this panini, a red, white, and blue Turkey Cobb Panini that i'd like to try. It's basically sourdough bread with turkey breast, bacon, avocado(optional), sun dried tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese(or any cheese really), and lettuce all smashed into a sandwich and grilled with a panini maker. i think it would be interesting to try because i normally just eat turkey or ham sandwiches. this something different that i could really find myself enjoying. :] there are also plenty of websites with healthy recipes on them. i don't know any off the top of my head, but i'm sure you could find some. :] 4.) well yesterday I was over at my boyfriends house for his birthday party and we were playing Quelf. it's this hilarious game that gets kind of crazy. anyway, we had to list things that were pink or purple. well it gets to our friend Jenna and she's in the kitchen trying to find objects to make a snorkel with. so we yell at her to list something hat's pink or purple. her response, "Your mom!" it was the best line we'd heard all afternoon! we couldn't stop laughing for at least ten minutes. :] hope that made you smile a little bit!

also found on this board You notice a Ornate Floral Pitcher on the ground, but right when you bend down to pick it up, lizard minions come out of nowhere and scurry off with it!   Your trap springs and you spray like mad as the lizard minions escape. They will not get away this time! You place Ornate Floral Pitcher into your inventory. So, you know, thanks for that too

yes, someone else who likes the Percy Jackson series thought not many people would like it because maybe some people think it's more for younger kids. I disagree. I read all the books, including the two books in the newer series, The Heroes of Olympus. what about you?

1. Hill and Wood is a great little indy band. Idk how easy they'll be able to find but I saw them live in my hometown. They're from Virginia, and if that doesn't work out Sugarcult is always a good idea. And Young the Giant, pretty chill band, good music to relax to.
2. The Rules of Survival. Hawksong by Amelia Agenitalser-Rhodes is good, Any of the Cracked, Glass, Perfect, Burned, etc. books are good 3. Ah why not! =) Band: Two Steps From Hell. Don't be put off by the name! There music is actually classical, some more easy listening, other is more suited to sword-fighting. Broad range of types. 2. Clive Cussler- amazing author. If you like action and adventure..... 3. Hmm. I'm trying to eat healthier...so maybe cage-free eggs? I tried this homestyle chicken noodle soup which was awesome (the more you have to prepare, the healthier?) I'm not the best person to ask 4. jokes? erm.... icanhascheeseburger.com

 Hey Hey! Well lets see. @NUT Band: Id suggest listening to Poets of the Fall, specifically "Carnival of Rust". Book: Any of the books by Ellen Hopkins, but be warned, her books are more on the dark/ twisted side O.O FOO  I LoVe me some food, with that being said im not quite sure if I can give you a "healthy" recipe lol. I Love mushrooms so i'd say a stuffed mushroom would be good for you... if you stuffz it with healthy stuff lol.Hmmmm a funny.... Well today i went to open my front door and it was locked (did NOT know) so i kinda ran into it. Didn't hurt myself but from the force of it i went to step back and my leg went right through the screen door, and some how, i managed to fall on my butt... I just sat their and loled... lol .
