I had no idea how annoying those ads can be, having used Firefox until recently (in comparison to my time here on Subeta) and/or had a GA in the past. My Google Chrome doesn't have Ad Block installed. Anyway, it freaked me out there for a moment... Thought it was something I'd done. LOL Thank you  Keith for the fix (and then some!)...  __________ Now I'm curious.... my GA was only a week and I only had a few days left when it got deleted along with everyone elses. Is the free 1 week GA in the free gift meant for us who only had a week and anyone who lost longer should file a ticket? Man I feel stupid. Sorry.

 I think the free gift one is for everyone. I don't think it can be made so it's only given to select people. @Piercing I got mine and the 1 week one from the free gift so maybe it's a glitch?

Just received the totem in my inventory as well! Thanks so much guys! Giving us a few extra months on our GA's was incredibly generous (I'm hoping it wasn't a glitch that I received my totem). Kinda confused here, but extremely grateful nonetheless!

That being said, some mods will give you back exactly how much time you had left, so not including the 3 month (so if I had 7 months left, I would only get back 4). But some mods will give you that much time in addition to the 3 months extra. It depends. |

yea, I feel you. I had 7 months left, and only got back 4, hence the example. I...I really don't know. I mean, on the one hand, it is completely in our right to ask for the extra three months since everyone else got it for free. But on the other hand, I don't want to sound selfish and rude? :S |

 @fuzei-chan @FeverI'd definitely give them a thorough badgering about the extra time...if anything you guys are even MORE deserving since you have the longer medals and have put more usd/sp into keeping up your account. More loyal customers n aw dat.

just got a response back from my ticket. It seems that all the users who have had more than 3 months did not get that additional 3 months :S Quote: We have only been giving any additional time that was not covered by the Loyalty Gold Account Totem to users who had more then three months remaining on their GA at the time it was deleted. whelp. what can you do. That seems really freaking unfair to those of you that consistently support the site by maintaining their GA medals. My GA was about to expire and got three free months - it baffles me as to why people that those with longer times are being penalized. |

I only had a few weeks left on mine, I was going to buy a year's medal next week. I'm SO glad I didn't! This way, I get two and a half months free. I do agree, however, that it sucks if you have a massive amount of time left.

It sounds to me like you recovered all 7 months. Up to and including 3 months got covered by the totems that were handed out. Anyone with remaining time beyond 3 months is supposed to write in to be reimbursed for the remaining time -- that is, any time in addition to the 3 months you already received compensation for via totem. That leaves you with 4 months to be reimbursed for, which you've stated you received. Am I missing something here, or are you perhaps misunderstanding the nature of the reimbursement? The totems are not "freebie bonus time" in addition to what was lost (that's what the Free Gift is for: 1 freebie week.) //was not mine to take Last Edit by:

yes, I did recover all 7 months. I might have been a little unclear on that sorry! I think my confusion was that I thought everyone on subeta, GA user or not, got the three month totem (I still don't know, and frankly, don't really care). And I think a lot of other GA users assumed the same thing upon first getting the notification, which is why we all had a small, collective, brain fart moment.
