Left big tail is slightly longer then the otherside. I think that you should more them either both to the front or both to the back otherwise it will be hard to layer correctly.

I think it's tilted enough, though the ponytails look uneven, like the front one is higher and the hair is fuller than the one towards the back (not saying it is, it just looks uneven to my amateur eyes) |

 hoar is now pax. @ fuzei-chan I think you nailed the lighting beautifully this time, and the positioning of the right pigtail looks better now. It should be approved by now; I'm only curious weather it's possible for the right side of the bob to be tweaked a bit, as that might be what detracts from 3/4ths perspective as well. I noticed the same thing Urd had mentioned, but they already posted it here. There's something about the colouring I am slightly uncomfortable with (the fact that the hair is coloured as if it's stiff - unless you were really going for the "hairsprayed" look.) thank you! The lighting gave me so much trouble because this hair had such a complicated lineart .__.; I ended up just creating a layer on top of the lines to do the lighting, and then just redoing a lot of the lines haha. @Me-Guru thank you! @Urd see, that's the problem. the original if you remember, had the two ponytails at around equal size, and on the same plane, because they're similar in size. But apparently that made the hair look like it was more frontal view, than 3/4 view :S That might also be because the picture I posted was a little misleading, as one pigtail is behind while the other is in front. Please see the previews in this post and let me know your opinion! And also @Cyn, thank you for catching that! That has been corrected. Though I don't think I can move the front pigtail to the back, since that's not really how the hair works. Though I can definitely see your issue with layering. This is how the hair would look layered behind the body/clothes, and infront of the body/clothes:   Edit: @Peelsathank you! I like the one with it behind better then the front, but both look lovely.

 hoar is now pax. @fuzei-chan I know the feeling (although I personally always colour under the lines so I never go over them, but that might just be separate techniques, wweh. ;-; ) I had to scrap a loooong wig I did, because the lineart made it such a pain to colour with a cell-shaded style. No worries though, it's lovely - but I don't really use wigs of this sort. I would be really interested on the part with a bob though!

I do understand, And I looked at it more closely this time around. I think what was throwing me off was the left ponytail (from the HA's perspective). It looks like the left ponytail is more tightly curled than the right one and the hair looks fuller which is especially evident at the top (you have more gaps in the hair to allow the background to show through). However I don't think you should change it. It makes the hair behave more realistically imo. Also I prefer the hair layered in front of the HA instead of behind. |

oh, I see I see  /goes to tilt hair a little bit more derp @hoar .....this hair:  @ E @ baw. a short, easy bob sounds like a lovely idea at this point. I am so tired with the lines of this hair. /tableflip @Cyn thanks : ) I suppose it depends on how you want to layer it if you want the hair to go behind the body. Last Edit by:

ah I see what you mean. That actually did not occur to me when I was sketching out this hair I will see if I can make more white show on the right ponytail and see if that looks better. Be back in a sec! @toki-chan at the moment, the waitlists are full. But there does seem to be enough interest at this point, that I will probably do another batch of the hair once it has been approved : ) thank you! @Peelsa aha, thanks! oh, and for anyone who's interested, I made a white recolor of the hair, mainly for myself, cause I adore white hairs :') This is very rough and the perspective on the hair has not been fixed.  |

made the white space on the HA's left side a little larger, so the hair looks "looser" @Urd but not much, cause this hair is ginormous enough as it is.  @Peelsa sure, I can reserve a slot for you if you're sure that you would be interested in the final product : ) I'm not sure if I want to open full interest lists since the last time I did that for all my items, it was a little chaotic. But a few people I can manage >w< |

hey guys! I'm thinking of trying my hands at backgrounds, but I have so many abstract ideas that it would be extremely difficult to narrow it down to just a few. no, the dusky brown had a red gradient near the bottom too. unfortunately the lighting did not work as well with the dusky brown, which was one of the reasons it got rejected :S @chapstick ohhh night clun scene *u* It might be a little difficult to do, but noted~ @PhantomHeiko hmmm.... I think celestialangel made a cementary bg just a while ago. |
