Made my account a couple of days ago and I'm gradually familiarising myself with everything. It's a little bit overwhelming, but I'm certainly liking what I see. :3
I figured I'd ease myself into the community by introducing myself here first, so hi!

@ its kind of an inside joke with me and some of my old friends. My nickname is lissi, and there's this show wow wow wubzy it's a little kid show and I think it's adorable. So my friends turned it into wow wow wissi, and idk I thought it was cute and I use it for everything :3
Yea I'm a little confused as what to do on here, I play neopets also and I'm so used to just knowing where everything is that I'm having such a difficult time figuring out this site

Yeah, I've got a neopets account as well. Some parts of this site are really similar, and then there's the things that are completely different. It's a little bit disconcerting.

@ Thanks, it's silly :3 The pet art work on this site is what made me want to start playing, its incredible and some of the colors are just so neat! I agree but I'm liking subeta way more! Would you mind if I mailed you instead of just posting on here?

@ Yeah, the pet designs were what made me want to start as well. They're pretty much all amazing, I had a hard time choosing my first pet. xD And sure, I don't mind if you mail me.

I play Neo as well, and I have to agree with you. I think I said this up thread as well, but I love the pet designs on this site so much more than the Neopet ones. The only thing I really do on Neopets now is feed my pets, tbh.

Yeah, it certainly is getting easier to find my way around haha. I'm still a little bit lost, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it soon.

subetalodge and subetahq do a lot of free profiles which are quite nice

i used to use those ones all the time! i did get bored of them though, and learnt to code so i could make my own :3

@LionLizzy I think that may be where I got the one I have. I learned how to code some things on Neo, but this is somewhat different. I need just a basic, easy to read, simple layout. I will learn to code it myself :p

I made mine on photobucket, but I recently downloaded GIMP so I can make better ones. I haven't tried it out properly yet but am getting round to it

Once you get the idea, coding profiles here is pretty easy :3 This (click!) is a very good thread if you want to learn C:

It looks so confusing! Is it good once you know how to use it? I have a few profiles lined up that I'll be testing it out with but I had a quick go the other day and theres so many options hidden away

Its pretty good once you get the hang of it. There are loads of good guides online. Plus, if you downloaded the latest version of GIMP, you should be able to use Photoshop brushes in it

I know, I love animals like that as well. That's one of the reasons why I got a staffy puppy, staffies have the happiest faces.

Oh I know, Blobfishes are just like little blobs of sadness. I always feel so bad for them, eve though I sure they're perfectly happy haha.

Haha yes, the Masquerade Ball has been a lot of fun so far.

I've also done a lot of lurking haha, it's fairly easy to find out things that I have no idea about, and everyone's so nice here.
