Females: Karen Gillan. Damn that girl is gorgeous, and she's a fantastically witty, sassy girl.
Also, Jenna-Louise Coleman. I'm not sure how good of an actress she is yet, but she is so adorable!

Males: Matt Smith.thathair. And his pretty face. Also, David tennant. For the same reasons.

I'm aware that these are all DW actors, so allow me to agree with @ and say Chris Evans. He is beautiful.

Im gonna agree with Cillian Murphy! He has incredible eyes! Though i recently saw him in a play and he didnt look so great, he had a huge beard lol If you google Cillian Murphy Misterman, youll see what i mean XD

Yeah his beard was... I'm not really a fan of facial hair in the first place but Cillian doesn't really wear a beard well. Cillian should never have more facial hair than he did in Perrier's Bounty(he looks adorable in that with his hoodies and scruff)
