This isn't exactly a grammatical or spelling error, so I thought I should put this here...

Magnetic Stones

The item Magnetic Stones says in its description: "More commonly known as Hemetite, this stone is actually a natural magnet."

As a geologist, I think that the item description should be changed from hematite to magnetite. Natural hematite is very weakly magnetic. Magnetite (in very simple terms) has an extra oxygen and iron in its formula and a different crystal structure, which allows it to be more magnetic than hematite.

If this item is referring to what is sold to tourists and the public as "magnetic hematite", then the correct term is hematine, which is man-made and is more resin than mineral. Further reading can be found here: http://www.mindat.org/min-35948.html

Kinda long, but it would make me really happy to see Subeta have correct facts about this!

Well, all I know is Fe2O3 has EXTREMELY few magnetic properties... I've never heard it being related to magentic stuff. x(
