Vending error

Vending at Ocean Depths is rendering a lot of errors, saying the key is invalid. Around 1 vend in 20 has been successful.

Same for me again (was like that already a few weeks earlier), tried to vend at Celebration Gift and in most cases I'm only getting invalid key errors. /:

Finally fierce. Almost.

I only had this happen a couple of times this morning, but it's happening more frequently now. About once every 5 or so vends. I hope it's not going to get worse, I was planning on spending the whole day vending. Finally have a day off

I'm getting this as well
The vending key is invalid. I vended about 2 items successfully, but have been getting just the error now.

This was a problem a few weeks ago, and I thought it had gone away, but I'm having the same problems again now !

Was hoping this would just be a temporary issue but it's still there, making vending impossible for me.

@Keith - (because I think you fixed it the last time it happened) would you please look into it again, the Vending Machines are back to giving out "invalid key" errors.

Me too. Blue Sky wasn't too bad but Ocean Depths is impossible right now.

I tested it and apparently I do not lose any Tokens when I get the errors; it's still highly annoying though especially as it's not the first time that it happens.

@ Ok thanks for testing it out. That's a good thing, but yes it still is highly annoying, and it seems to be getting worse :/

Yes, I've noticed that as well, the errors show up even more often than yesterday for me.

I really hope someone will look into it soon, I depend on my daily dose of vending but I don't want to spend half of my time here with it...

Lucky you, for me it's still error-infested...

The vending key (somut/mutho) is invalid!
The vending key (somut/seguu) is invalid!
The vending key (seguu/stide) is invalid!

And so on, half of my vending attempts end that way...

@ I'm in the same boat as you. I just vended 5 times from CGift, and 4 of them were errors.

I got a whole bunch of these at Blue Sky just now. So frustrating! But, it is good to know that tokens aren't lost when the errors happen.

Right on my second vend at Ocean Depths. It's not only this vending machine by the way, I'm getting the error on every other machine as well. ^^

I vended around 1.7k wiz tokens and finished about maybe half an hour ago? and had that come up only about 5 times I know sometimes it does it if you click too fast.

@Queenloki I even tried waiting between vends, until the page is completely loaded and clicked the red button only to be sure. Its litterally 10 invalid keys before i can get one or two items. and its extremely frustrating

@Queenloki It seems to be hitting everyone differently. If I try to vend on my iphone it happens slightly less... but having to zoom in to be able to tap the return link is just as time consuming. I hope they fix it too, especially since Wiz is weekend, my poor tokens are burning a hole in my vault

I went and tried all the vending machines. Still getting errors. They are most persistent at OD, but they are present at all of them. I've done the whole wait until the page is loaded, don't vend as fast deal and it doesn't do much to ebb the rate of errors. While I appreciate all the work the staff continually puts into the site, I feel that this issue needs to go towards the top of the to-do list. It isn't an isolated issue and does affect most users, with the exception of those who don't vend.
