Good for that little boy, he's got more sense than that whole "church" combined. I'd be very proud of him too if he were my son. This story makes me really happy.

I don't know how anyone is unaware of this at the point we're at, but the Westboro Baptist Church is nothing but a clever ruse. They are a family of lawyers, and I hate to say this but they are much more intelligent than all of the people who hate on them... They've made millions of dollars by suing the people who attack them for their 'beliefs', or the people who own the property on which they 'protest'. They /want/ you to attack them. Spit on them, defame them, they'll sue the crap out of you and anyone else who can be held legally liable.

The kid is nine, and it's awesome that he's against everything the WBC 'stands for', but this is the exact opposite of what needs to be done. We need to loveing ignore this cancer, stop putting it on the news especially. Stop paying these crafty little boys with hate. They WANT you to hate them, can't you see that? The more people who hate them, the more people who know they exist, the more likely they are to land a lucky lawsuit because one of their haters that read about them on the internet decided to turn hate into action. You should notice that they have /never/ done anything for which they can be held liable--they don't defame people, and they don't attack people. All they do is provoke, and people take the bait every damn time...

For this same reason there will never again be a good president(potus) in our current system, because most people don't reserve judgment. They're so easily hoodwinked, they'll just believe whatever they're told, because they don't even really care for the truth, they just want to exercise their emotions. So we put crap like this on major news... for like 5 years! Probably more. That Tom Clancy quote comes to mind. "The difference between fiction and reality is that fiction has to make sense.” (or something like that) Seriously, you could not make this crap up, humans are so damned ridiculous.
