so i can't decide whether i like this with the celebratory stardust hairband and the cropped jacket or not.

@ Personally, I like the way it looks with the headband because the frills draw the eyes toward the top your HA.

it's a hair style.. i just used the hair salon to change the colors and i used colors from

by eyedropping them.

Yeah, I think it turned out really well C:
and as far as eyedropping colors, did you have to use a point program for that?
I always just pick colors by eye (like for my current hair)

lmao. that's where we differ, picking a color that's extremely close to whichever one i want the old fashioned way is a pain in the butt for me & i get frustrated because i never find the right one.
