Achievement list not recognizing plushies in collection

So...I've been working on my plushie collections. I went to the achievement page to see how many of the derpy puppies I still need, and noticed it didn't recognize that I had any. Even though I have nearly all of them. A quick check of all the other collections shows that none of them seem to be picking up what I have.

Does this mean if I complete a collection it won't notice and give me my achievement for it?

Yes! I did go there. I'm just wondering why it is not showing the little "check mark" on the achievement page when I click on the "items needed" to bring up the pop up of the plushies that I need to have to get the achievement. On at least a couple of them, I have all but one or two, but it shows that I don't have any. I can't quite afford the last ones, so I don't know if it'll give me the achievement or not. But it makes me nervous.

All the other collection style sections seem to be showing the check mark by the items I have, and I just successfully completed a sticker collection achievement and it shows the green checks. Just my plushie collection pop ups seem to be broken in that regard.

Does that make sense? *hopes I'm not being confusing*

I'm actually talking about the achievement page list here. If you click on the "collections" section, it lists a variety of plushie sets to collect for achievements. Such as the Derpy Puppy, and the Happy Planet Plusie collections. With every other collection (subeautique, stickers, etc) I get green checks by the items I already have that are needed. But in the plushie collection pop ups, even though I have a bunch of the required items, they aren't seeming to be recognize and all show black x marks like I don't have them. I"m just worried that even if I have all of the needed sets, because it doesn't seem to notice that I do, I won't get my set related achievement.

Oh, sorry for misunderstanding!
It seems to me that this isn't just a problem with you, seeing as I just clicked one of my collections and it said I had none of them as well when I know for a fact that I do. x_o

Oh, no worries. I think I just wasn't really clear in that first post which thing I was talking about. I'm glad (but not, of course!) that it isn't just me though. I hope it won't be an issue, and I think I'll hold off on finishing my collections until I know for sure if it is or not.

I just checked, and my derpy puppies are doing the same. I know I only needed one of 2, but its showing I'm missing them all

Can you try checking these pages then your achievement page? It's possible that the achievement page doesn't update/check collections until it is viewed (like how you must go to your shop prefs to get shop save achievements).

I went through my profile, and then through the games room, then rechecked the achievement page, its still still showing the same thing.

Can you also check the prize change as well, and make sure you do a hard refresh on your achievement page (just remembered the prize page is what updates your achievements for it -- yay at getting one xD!)

Hard refresh not working either, and did a hard refresh on all 3.

What funny though, is I know I have the Minion Chibi Plushie Collector, and it shows I have it, but its saying I dont have any of the plushies

It's not just plushies, many are missing quest achievs. as well.
I do not take much note of how many achievs. I have or what they are but since the re-vamp of the achiev. page I know I am missing the Greenhouse one as well as the Mallachy pond one.

this thread made me check my achievements just now and it seems ive got this problem too.
tried a hard refresh on all the important pages (plushie collection, plushie prizes, achievements page) but it doesnt seem to have helped

I'm having the same issues with my plushies and stickers. I've tried looking though everything and nothing has made it change.

Edit: I just double checked my stickers and they are showing...it's only the plushies.

Having the same problem, after going through all the routes to try to *activate* them, as are several other people I know.

I really, really just hate the new achievements page, too. There was nothing wrong with the way it was. The new one is confusing to read and track.

I wanted to post to let you guys know that I'm looking into this

Can you help me check if any achievement other than plushie achievements are experiencing this problem right now? Stickers seem to be ok. Quests too.

For sure, if you complete the collection right now, it should still give you the achievement. If it's not, let me know as soon as you can.

I also have a Yunium Key in my gallery, so think that achiev. is missing as well.

Thanks for the update! Since the changes to the achievement page were visual in nature, if you had the achievement before, you still have it -- it just isn't showing, which definitely isn't good but better than the alternative. If you remember one of the users that had/is having quest problems, could you ping them to this thread so I can ask them about what's happening when they try?

I do know that I have been getting my achievements, sometimes they just take a little while to update when I get them.

I have the same problem as the original poster.

As far as missing achievements, I really couldn't say. In the past I have thought I was missing achievements but have no way to prove and I have no real way to keep track.

@Fletch...As far as the Plushie Collections go, the Achievement Page is totally whacked. When I check my plushie collections, the Achievement Page shows that I have NO derpy plushies (some of which I have), NO remote plushies (some of which I have), NO Happy Planet plushies (some of which I have), NO Gee Thanks Bears (some of which I have) and so on, and so on. Have given up trying to sort out the plushie mess...and it is a MESS! We were promised that the plushies would be put back into order so we would know which plushies we still needed for achievements, but that has been an empty promise. Now we can't even use the Achievement Page to finish our collections because nothing is showing up correctly. Quite frankly I used to spend real money on this site at the Cash Shop, but until this out-of-sync collection mess is cleared up, that is definitely NOT going to happen.

Can you clarify something for me? When you say that you're missing the achievement, do you mean that the achievement isn't showing up at all on the achievement page or that it shows you as not having gained that achievement?

2 of the ones I was missing are now showing as green.

The ones I am not sure of are showing up as brown. But as I said before, I am not positive I have them. But where would I have got a Yunium Key from, if I didn't turn in the trinkets to get the achiev?
Thought I had the Oowel and Kawl finder as well. As I have an Oowel and Kawl in gallery. But not sure.

@ - it is on my achievement page, but shows as not having gained it. I know I did find the Oowel, it was on a Tuesday (maybe Monday Subeta time) and in between finding Happy Pumpkin Drops and Pumpkin Ice Cream. But if its a bother, I'm happy to wait till Morostide this year and hopefully find another, I'm not an achievement fanatic

I haven't filed a ticket, it doesn't seem important enough to do that. Maybe I will, though. I did rush off to make sure my very best favourite achievement was safely there - and it is
