Hello Subeta!

-All items in the Life of Hair series will be 600 CSC. Future items may be 650, and 700 for backgrounds.
-These items will be released in as many batches as garner interest. Once interest dies down for an item, it will be semi-retired. The Life of Hair series will be sloooooowly placed into the Cash Shop as I am financially able. Future items will be decided on a case-by-case basis regarding the Cash Shop.
-If an item is denied, the artist will make the necessary changes and I will resubmit. If it is denied too many times, all CSC will be returned to you.
-If you claim a slot and change your mind, please let me know ASAP so I can give your slot to someone else. I understand that circumstances sometimes change and you may need to drop out of a slot. However, if a user continually drops out of slots, I will ask them not to claim anymore.
-For the first batch of each item, I will collect CSC ahead of time and submit all payments with the item. This is because the process is much faster if the item is fully paid for when it goes into the queue. For each additional batch, I will use the official system.
-If you are given a slot in a batch that fills in 1 day (or a first batch of anything) and do not pay within 24 hours, I will pay for the slot myself and put the item in trades for you if I am able. If I still receive no response from you, I will sell the item to make up for the lost CSC. If you are assigned a slot in a batch that takes two or more days to fill, you will have at least 48 hours to pay for your slot. If I am unable to pay for the slot myself, I will have to drop your slot and give it to someone else, sorry.
-All of my items are commissioned. If you want one of the artists I've used to create something for you, please contact them directly.
