I think your form probably wouldn't give you enough information to understand what I'm looking for, but from your example I don't think this will be out of your comfort zone at all

Let me know you need more than the information I give.

Image: Background is solid color, or maybe solid texture. I'm not sure what exactly, though. Let me know if this is an issue, but I figured it would just be a layer you could paste in really quickly at the end.

Credit: pandachild (I'd like credit to be in the lower righthand corner for both this image and the layout if that's ok)
Scrolling boxes or whole page scrolls? Three scrolling (hover) boxes
Text: The overlay image includes the words "dun da dun! zzz" and I'd like those to be erased and then added back in in a larger, blocky cartoon font.
Subtext? Somewhere in here I need to get his name, but I haven't decided where yet. Will it be difficult to add in just a name somewhere in a hover box or in the background after it's all designed?
Sections to be included: Two text boxes with images, treasure chest.
Hover (if yes what): Three dream bubbles should be visible on the main screen with just "zzz" in the middle in a light gray blocky cartoon font, and the zzz's should disappear when you hover over and turn into one of the text boxes or the TC.
Any additional details I should know: I really want it to look cartoony, like very clean and simple but in a fun way. The clouds should be fluffy, but pure white shapes (maybe with a brown outline so they match the overlay?), not shaded or anything. I'd like for the running and flexing images to overlap with the cloud background when you hover over a cloud (like with the running image, all of the text and the image would appear inside the cloud except the extended foot would overlap).
Browser(s): Firefox, Google Chrome

HERE is a sketch, which I know you can barely see and can't read at all. The idea is to have the sleeping image in the lower left-hand corner and have three hover dream bubbles. The first dream bubble has a running image and text in the hover, the second has a flexing image and text in the hover, and the third has his TC in the hover. I want it to be more horizontal than vertical, so someone wouldn't necessarily have to scroll at all on the profile. The hover bubbles all say "zzz" with three dots underneath the z's.
HERE is a closer look at the basic format, please disregard the sucky MS Paint execution

I'll tip a lot if you're willing to tweak minor things after it's done if I want a cloud slightly larger or something.

It really helps to know the resolution the person you're making something for uses, that way their profiles will look the best to them. Just throwing in a hint, but they look great.

I should also mention that I want the word "Bip" (in the Doctor Who font) the same color/style as the intro credit words in Season 5 of Doctor Who. You should be able to Google pictures or a video clip to see what that looks like. ^^

EDIT: Actaully, could you edit in the Police Box from this image into the triangle-shaped black space on the left side? (It doesn't have to be as big, just as long as it is scaled down and edited to fit inside the black space.)
