still pretty noob-ish, but the more you browse subeta and look through all the items in the clothing editor to find things to mix and match youll put together some great stuff. the hair is cool though

i suggest find clothes that match the hair along with the black

In-between yes and no for your HA. The hair is quite nice, but the chaps look quite odd. I highly suggest finding some nice black pants to go with the other black, and a pair of blue shoes. With the face, I'd suggest less generic-anime themed eyes. c:

I just love the hair. But there's not a lot of color. And maybe that's the way you like it. But you could try a pair of gloves or maybe a belt to add a little more color. You could try to match it to the highlights in your hair. I dunno. I think it's pretty cool anyway.

Invest in some quality items that go with your hair. Also, when doing your hair, try to avoid getting rid of shadows and bright shades entirely. It makes the image look very flat and kinda tacky :/
