I don't know how to describe this look, but I need suggestions on what I should add to my avatar.

, but those are not available via shop search, and I don't want to spend a ton of money on CSC. I'm mostly looking for items to add to the upper part of my avatar, but if you have any suggestions at all, I have an open mind. Thank you.
