I think the shorts are acceptably visible, I can see the distinctly high waistline and I would say they meet the ~50% visible mark.

It's so nice to see so many different people getting involved! Especially everyone's friends coming together. I think the visual representation is a clear explanation of things, but if anyone has any questions and is sitting on the sidelines at the moment, don't be afraid to ask.

well, ok, I usually make animal type people, lol...and I saw you can pick an item from each catagory and you are to make 3 models, with an item that is your signature look? Ive seen the show I think once...can you please explain this to me? do I only pick the items that are from the list to use, or can I use my animal like beings?

There's a visual reference link in the first post to explain it easily, if you'd care to look at that.

But basically, here's a rundown.

There are 5 sets of items.
You pick 1 item, from each one of those 5 sets, so you end up with 5 signature items.

You then use ALL 5 of those items, on your signature look.
Once you have your signature look, you have to make 2 models, who both use atleast 2 of the signature items, but no more than 3 of them.
(Basically, make sure your models are using all 5 of your signature items between them, so 2 on one, 3 on the other etc etc)

Other than those 5 signature items, you can use whatever items you want, it is a competition though so make sure it looks pretty!

@Critter The items you choose will be the "Signature items" that you will use in your signature look and also in your other models. You can use other items, but each avatar has to use those signature items as well. The Signature look will have all the ones you pick, but you can have your animal bits as well

Thank you for thinking of me for this It really motivates me to do more avatars now, I never thought many people really noticed what I have done before

I ended up working on one of my models early this morning, I'm pretty pleased with how things are coming along so far, but I'll probably do a little more tinkering with it and my SL before I move on to the last model. I've found if I leave things alone for a while and come back to it fresh, I think of small changes that really make all the difference in how the whole thing comes together. I need to bookmark the wardrobe so I can tinker at work tomorrow evening heh

The second model is my favorite of the group too--I'm actually really tempted to use her as a reference for one of my OCs who I thought had dark hair but now I'm not so sure anymore, lol.

Is there some trick to saving an avatar on So Fetch? It keeps telling me it is read only and won't let me upload it anywhere. I usually just screenie them for saving but I want to make sure I stay in the right size limit/standard avatar size.

Edit:

I figured it out. I swear I make things more difficult than they should be, I was saving from the 'creation' screen, instead of saving the whole avatar to my account there and then saving from the load screen *headdesk*

Seems to be working if i save them from the load screen, they come out perfectly and let me upload them. I was saving from the side where you're working on it and it was just saving a blank base.

If i gives me any more grief I'll post em here and we'll see if that works XD I'm probably just doing something wrong with something somewhere.
