Hi so i have a question about the Loyalty totem box obviously :p if i click on the gold account for 3 months one does it automatically start? or does it give you a metal? and if it gives you a metal will i be able to sell it in a shop if i wanted to? how exactly does the gold account metal totem work?

It will give you a "totem" item, which you cannot sell or trade. You can only activate it, so basically it's just another "wing" of the Loyalty box.
