My only gripe is how the wainscotting or whatever cuts off the black line on the left leg Easily solved by higher shoes, but can't go bare legged with these.

Great for TCs, but they're in the category of "And why did they make this wearable?" for me. (Along with things like pacifiers and the revamped hikei balls.)

I never use backgrounds. So I'm sure I will never use them... but I guess people that like BGs will like them alot.

Really? Huh, well I've seen a few different suggestion boards asking for these before and I know I'm excited about them since they offer the option to mix and match a relatively simple indoor background, so I'm guessing that's why these are wearable. xD Think I may be with you being puzzled by the pacifiers though, lol.

Well, the art is gorgeous, but I'd feel like it'll be hard to match. :-(
I'm not a fan of anything but the tiling floors, and I don't even know how I'd use them?

@twocents They did it so I can easily get to 12k wears without having to spend 600 in the cs :p

@Lexy Yes, but then it makes the black line thicker on the rest of the HA. Downside, really.

I am so completely excited about these. Not to take anything away from your beautiful window seat but I've found that sometimes I just want the effects of the window and the seat doesn't go along with the outfit my avatar is wearing.
I was hoping that you would come out with more floorings and wallpapers but I honestly I'm really happy they did this. I'd still like to see you do more wallpaper though!

Ooh, they do? Hurrah! I've been vending for these like crazy and haven't gotten enough to really play with yet, lol. Honestly, if I'd realized they were so close to coming out with this sort of stuff I probably would have held off on the flooring/wallpaper - I only made them up because I didn't think they were in the works already, but having these sorts of items in home appliances makes SO much sense to me! Really happy to see these items on site.

(So yeah, probably won't do much with flooring now since it looks like they've got it covered now, but may do a few more wallpapers if enough people are interested.

)

I've seen suggestions for more wearable indoor backgrounds, but not, like, wainscoting. Guess I missed seeing those.

ETA: I just wanted to be clear: I certainly don't begrudge their existence or people who wanted these and will use them. I just personally view them as being more useful for TCs.

Yes they do, amazingly so! I haven't gotten any yet either, I'm just messing around in the wardrobe. Of course the one I want the most is the blue frame one and of course it has to be super rare, but that's the way it goes.

Well, maybe not specifically for wainscoting, but general indoor wall/flooring type materials.

The wainscoting just makes a lot of sense to me as a way to add in some trim and give a more finished look to the layering than just using a backdrop and flooring--probably makes more sense in my head since I've been messing around with wallpaper/flooring CWs and it's been a pain trying to figure out how to put it all together but keep things as cheap as possible given the already crazy price tag, lol, and these will really be a great solution to that issue.

I can definitely appreciate that! We have so many lovely backgrounds, but as many of them are complete backgrounds by themselves and don't always layer well with other items, I can see how people would want to be able to mix and match things to create their own backgrounds.

And I wasn't sure if you saw my edit, so CPing it here: I just wanted to be clear: I certainly don't begrudge their existence or people who wanted these and will use them. Oh no, I didn't think you were coming across like that at all! Just thought you might have missed that people had been asking for these sort of things (as opposed to the pacifiers for instance--I don't think anyone had asked for those, lol, but hey more wearables are always good, right?

Haha, fair enough! xDD With the achievement tiers for filled wardrobe being as high as it is, cheap stuff is good filler. And hey, I've ended up using wardrobe filler that I never thought I'd use before, so maybe I'll be kicking myself for being puzzled at these eventually. (Though I can't say I'll ever feel that way about pacifiers.)

Thanks for letting me know what you'd seen, though. It's hard to know sometimes whether how you mean something is how it's being taken. I'm glad we're on the same page.
