New Auto Pricer not working

Every time I try to auto price, when I get to the "Autoprice" and "Super Auto price" button I click the autoprice adn get a server 500 error.

It doesn't count against me, but I would like to Autoprice before I go out today.

Ok its "Working" now but out of my 600+ items it only priced 250 of them or something. So now I've missed out on 400 items that could have been priced.

Autorpice does show up for me.
But none of the items in my shop where priced once i hit autoprice and had to do it by hand.

This should be fixed now! Worked for me on my largest which is almost 4k items.

@ @ if you file a ticket a ua can reset your autopricer so you don't have to pay to use it again today

I just tried to use the autopricer and it didn't work. I clicked the submit to server button, and it didn't look like the changes went thru so I pressed where it said to continue. The next page says it priced the 412 items, but none of the prices actually changed. Didn't encounter any error messages...it just didn't do anything.

I just used mine for the first time in months, it priced most of my items but left a bunch unpriced

Going in Alphabetical order it left everything from White Cropped Jacket unpriced

@ Did you actually click the autoprice button? The "submit prices to server" button doesn't do the autopricing. It just sets up the autopricing.

@ Did a loading screen show up for you that shouldn't let you click anything else? I just want to make sure you weren't able to accidentally click the autoprice button before it was ready.

@ there are different issues being mentioned, you're going to have to be more specific.

@ Actually are you positive nothing changed? Because I just looked into your shop specifically and all of your prices match (except a few that you can tell people have just lowered prices) the autoprice prices. And according to your logs you haven't autopriced yet today and you didn't use an extra autoprice yesterday.

Er, I'm having the "same issue" as in I try to auto-price, and it doesn't actually work.. I made sure to do everything that was said to do, and when I go back to try and auto-price again, it doesn't act like I just did it. I know for sure that I hit all the buttons right, and it acts like its loading items, and pricing it, but it doesn't seem to actually do it.

@ lol yeah, I went through and entered the prices manually today. But gosh, I feel silly cause I don't think I hit that autoprice button. I thought submit prices was the new step and really didn't understand why the autoprice button was there when I had just done it (so I thought). So is it three steps now? 1. load prices; 2. submit prices to server; and 3. autoprice?

@ yup! maybe i should change the box that actually says that underneath the submit prices button from blue to red. might make it more noticeable.

@ did you click the autoprice button? the "submit prices to server" button is not the autoprice button. it sets everything up for when you click the autoprice button. the page where it does the autopricing has a progress bar, not the generic loading circle gif.

@ Hmm, well the part that confused me was the line in there where it said if it didn't do anything to click here to continue - so when I did that and it said it had priced my items, I thought I was done. Maybe if there's a place in the instructions that lists the steps like that (and you could put it in color to make sure it's noticed) would do it?

I tried to auto price but i tells me i already did autoprice today but i have not.
And it has been over 24 hours since i last auto priced.

This happened to me today. I pushed regular autoprice and it told me it was finished and so when I went back to my shop none of my prices were the highest shop searched ones and a lot of them were at 0 still.

Filed a ticket, mbif reset my autoprice after looking into it, and it worked the second time.

I think this is the second time this happened to me this week since I made little to no profit off my shop yesterday and that's very rare for me..

Okay I coudln't ever find a problem in the prices cacheing, so I feel it's more likely the issue was in submitting the prices to the server (especially given that the chunks of unpriced items in the one case I have details for were from a certain point onward and not random). So I made a change there to double check a price was successful and to send it again if not. Please continue to let me know if you have problems from now on!

@ You have to click on the "Autoprice Shop" button after you click on submit prices to server in order for your shop to be autopriced.

Could a programmer perhaps check if there is an autopricer bug?
I used the 100CC above 1mil autopricer and one of my items, a book, was set to roughly 4.9mil by it, with the next book being at 13.9mil.
A person in my thread wanted to purchase it about half an hour after my autoprice, which is why I noticed the misshap.
He was very understanding, but a 9mil difference is...wow.

I've auto-priced yesterday a day later my prices are still at 0. I tried pricing today and again after ten minutes still at 0. I use Windows 7 and my browser is firefox 14. 0.1 - I hope this helps/

I know it's not the 5 minute cache because it was the next morning when I checked it. I autoprice at night after doing quests just before going to bed. Twice this week including this morning I log on the next day and discover not only hasn't there been a single sale in my shop and 0 in the till (which is unbelievably rare), but the items I had put into the shop the night before prior to autopricing were still set at 0 and I have to re-price everything in the shop by hand. I don't think it's working right.
I'm using Firefox for Subeta and Windows 7.

Check my Most Wanted & Custom Wearables Wish Lists - if you have anything I want I will trade items from my millionaire or regular shop or other CWs in my trades/shops, or pay CSC if necessary. Thanks. (why are so many CWs never for sale? )

I've got a very large shop, 195K items, 22K unique and while the autopricer did work, there were problems. I'm using a slightly older version of FF - not the newest which is causing a bunch of problems.

1. it takes a very long time (4 hours!) to get it all done.
2. The first parted worked best/quickest.
3. The second part, sending the prices to the server kept generating script errors, which is in part what made it take so long, since I was only checking on it occasionally while doing other things. Every time it had a script error it stopped advancing.
4. At the last step it didn't look like it finished - it said it was processing 3013 of 22354 and just stuck there forever. But when I checked the prices in my shop it seemed to have finished, as far I as I could tell autopricing everything under 1M.

Adding here, per request of , basically copy/pasting:

Every time I've gone to use the autopricer since updating Firefox to its latest version, the first two steps work just fine - the third step of submitting the prices does not. All the items are unaffected and seem to actually reset back to zero in some cases. Going to the actual "Edit Items" page allows me to handprice the items to where I want them and then allows for them to go through no problem.

It isn't the prices I've put in either because I've never had the problem with +1mil prices going through until I upgraded to Firefox 14.

Firefox 14 - Windows 7. Everything up to date... unfortunately, I think.

I have been gone for a month and just came back a couple days ago. I redeemed a new GA for the week so that I could auto-price only to find that the last two nights when I've auto-priced nothing has gone through. The process showed up as completing and the option to auto-price went away so I dont understand why its not working. Also its not that there is a delay because I'm going to bed and realizing it didn't work the next morning. Very disappointed since I feel like my GA is a bit of a waste not being able to price things.

I'm in the same boat as Lypsyl. I'm trying to autoprice a shop with 45k items, 12k unique- it's been sending the prices to the server for almost 5 hours and I've gotten 2 script errors. This is my second try, I let it got for 90 minutes earlier today where it got caught on 1040 items and I started the process over. This time the numbers stopped updating at 3065/12258, still sending everything to the server. :C Firefox 14 and Windows Vista. Not sure it's possible to get to the third stage at the moment.

Edit: I tried it again for a 3rd time, everything seemed to go through but a considerable amount of items were not updated.
Edit: After further investigation it appears the first 31 pages of my shop (out of 123 pages) where autopriced.

I noticed for a few days auto price is not pricing my items correct.
I do it and it says it's priced but when i check items have the old price or are not priced at all.
So had to do it by hand.

Autopricing my shop and I clicked the 'Load Items' button, with 58,128 items in it (around 15K of those are unique items) and it's gotten stuck. The count was 14,891 / 15,299 for some reason and now the circle just spins endlessly and isn't doing anything.
