Hello, Subeta! We will be hosting a meetup in Spokane, Washington on July 14th, 2012 starting at 1 PM! The meetup will last no longer than 4 PM! It'll be @ and myself, so bring your site, art, and custom-wearable related questions to us!

We will be meeting at the Riverfront Park in downtown Spokane, near the statues of ~~naked people running~~ the Bloomsday Runners Tribute by the sidewalk. Don't let the "price" turn you off - using the park itself is free so you won't have to pay to get in! You are of course more than welcome to purchase tickets to ride the Skyride, Carrousel or enjoy the other pay-to-play features of the park, but for the meet-up will be chilling on a blanket on the lawn, hanging out with the rest of you!

A Facebook group has been set up for you to RSVP at, but if you don't use Facebook, simply shoot me a message to let me know you'll be attending!

LOL! We've only been to Spokane once, and I made hagane take a picture touching one of those statues indecently, so they'll always be the Naked Statues to me BUT GOOD TO KNOW THEY HAVE A NAME!

Aw man...it's in the right state for me, but the wrong side of it! I'd really like to go to one of these meetups sometime. This won't be the time...i'm fresh out of traveling money. :/

Aww, I saw Washington and got all excited then realized it was in Spokane and got all sad faced.

While MUCH closer than Sweden, Spokane is just a bit too far for me. Hope everyone who goes has fun though!

Ah man, I really wish I could make it to this one! It would be nice to see you guys again, and I haven't been to Eastern WA since I was really little. But no money/no way to get there, sadly. I wish there was a Subeta bus to take everyone in Western WA over there.

I had a dream the other day that you let me host a meetup in Birmingham, UK. We went to the sea life centre then the handmade burger company for lunch. @Keith I miss it as reality. Any chance people could host their own meetups in the future?

Due to time constraints (read: i really want Chili's for my birthday xD) we're pushing the Portland one back til probably September, since we're hoping to go to Portland for the weekend for our birthday anyway Linds and I want to make a small trip out of Portland - we've already explored Spokane so going there for just one day, basically, isn't a big deal but we want to plan Portland into an actual trip with a meet-up included!

Aw man I wish we had a Chili's here. I've always wanted to try them. Well, I don't know if I can make the Spokane meetup since I'll be leaving on the 15th for my own birthday vacation haha. I'll be looking forward to the Portland meetup
